Let me preface this review by saying that my experience was over two weeks ago and I initially had no intention of leaving a review. After contemplating I decided to move forward because of the way I was treated and my overall experience. On March 1st I visited the Mobile, Al WingFinger location on Cottage Hill Rd. It was a beautiful day so I went there because of the outside eating area. The first thing that caught me off guard was the rap music playing on an employee's phone in the kitchen. I have no problem with rap however it was not the clean version and there were expletives every other word. It was not being played at a low volume and everyone in the establishment could hear it. (Strike 1) I overlooked that and placed my order for the "Gooey WingFinger Bowl" with the cashier (Dallace). I must say she was very nice and pleasant. After receiving my food and taking a couple bites I noticed a very long piece of hair underneath my fries. I immediately notified the cashier who came to my table and was shocked by what she saw. All she could do was cover her mouth with both hands. She immediately notified her Manager (Tamra) who was very rude. Her only question was "Why didn't you bring the tray back inside?". There was no apology for the hair in my food or my experience up to that point. I told her I would just like a refund. The only question she asked was if I wanted the drink so she could charge me for it. She then proceeded to say that she has short hair and that no one in the kitchen has long hair insinuating that maybe I placed the hair in my own food. (Strike #2) Because she was having issues refunding the money to my card she had to contact her supervisor (Kenny). She explained to him what happened and what she was trying to do. At no point did he offer an apology. (Strike #3) Finally, I asked who she was speaking with at which time he overheard the question and offered his phone number for ME to reach out to him. (Strike #4) This was not my first time at WingFinger but it was DEFINITELY my last. The quality of customer service has gone down and the entire management needs an overhaul. I'm a stickler for great customer service and that is not what I received. I have taken the liberty of attaching pictures of my meal where you can clearly see the hair.

Since moving to the area 4 years ago and trying Wingfingers, it has become my go to when I’m not home cooking. Both the Fairhope & Mobile restaurant locations are great & easily accessible. Love everything I’ve tried but the wings & breakfast items are my favorite. Also the lemonade (yes, I’ve purchased it but the gallon). I must apologize, being in a foodie group, I should have left a review every time I’ve gone but since I fell short, here are a few of the photos of your delicious foods I’ve enjoyed from this week and in the past. I did want to say, even though I did receive the wrong order last night, it was really good. I ordered my favorite 9 honey bbq wings with a large lemonade but received a hot lips combo (I never order anything spicy thinking it would be too hot for me but when I got home I just squeezed honey over the wings and they were spicy but delicious), and now I can say I tried something spicy and might order them again. Thanks for the dog treat, my dog appreciates them. Thanks again, Missy

Pros: I’ll start with the good. The chicken is cooked to perfection. Perfectly tender and juicy. Its a nice size. Fries are very well made. Cons: I assumed since the menu had Wingfingers and chicken fingers on the menu, they’d be two different things. I ordered Wingfingers with Buffalo sauce and they looked nothing like the website. The “Wingfingers” looked like regular chicken fingers and they weren’t even tossed in the sauce. It looked like the employee just tossed it on top and kept it moving. The toast tasted okay. Considering the competition, you could get MORE of the same quality of chicken at other competitive chains such as Raising Canes and Zaxbys. Foosacklys would be a dip in small dip in quality for half the price of Wingfingers.

Thank you Mya for showing the best customer service to a customer who's order was jacked up the day before. I visited the location on Sunday, 1-19-25 and placed an order through the drive-thru. I ordered some other things, as well as a 10 piece hot lips meal. When I got home, my hot lips order only had 5 pieces of chicken instead of 10 & no ranch sauce. I called up to the store & spoke to Mya. She asked if I could come back, but I could not as I live about 20 minutes away. She said I could come on tomorrow (1-20) in the morning or after 2. Well I came back after 2 & she was also the person who greeted me once I entered & already knew the reason for my visit. She was very friendly & courteous in her efforts trying to correct my order. Another young lady came from the back (who appeared to be the manager) asking me a bunch of questions in an unwelcoming tone. I told her the reason for my visit, as my order was not correct the day before. She kept telling Mya to do this & do that, as well as asking her why is there a 10% discount as she was studying the receipt. I have a fundraiser keychain that I use quite often, because my children & I love Wingfingers, so I answered the question for her from the lobby. Anyways, thank you to Mya for having a very positive & welcoming attitude towards a frequent customer whose order was completely incorrect the previous day & showing the correct way a customer service issue should be handled! The other lady could've stayed...

I went to this establishment on 6/8/23 for lunch and this was my experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Drive Thru is rude for no reason. Specifically, Monesha. When I ordered, she was very short with me. Then when I got to the window, she did not say a word to me. She handed me my drink. I gave her my payment. She handed my change and receipt and then my food. I said "thank you" and she walked away without saying anything. This is not my first experience like this. No one wants to make purchases from a place with rude employees who can't say thank you or Hi or anything at all to their drive-thru customers when they get to the window. It's the bare minimum of customer service isn't it? What is with the nasty attitude? She's mad because I came through and she actually had to work? That's how it seemed.

Also- when I got back to work and went to eat my lunch, my tenders are hardly covered in buffalo sauce and the gooey fries have the tiniest bit of cheese on them. I am 5 months pregnant, the whole reason I drove across town was for WingFingers specific buffalo tenders and gooey fries. What a disappointment. This is not how the food was when they first opened. I guess they hired enough people who don't care. I won't...
