My recent experiences at Bojangles of Mocksville have been less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share a two-star review. The main issue I encountered is the inconsistency and unreliability of their operating hours. It is frustrating and inconvenient to rely on their posted hours online, only to find that the restaurant is hardly open these days.
It seems that Bojangles of Mocksville has gone downhill over the past year or so. The decline in quality and service is evident. The food, which was once a delightful treat, now lacks the same freshness and flavor it once had. The chicken has become greasier, the biscuits drier, and the sides lack the same attention to detail. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in the overall dining experience.
The customer service has also suffered. The staff appears disinterested and unmotivated, which reflects in the lackluster service. Orders are often incorrect or incomplete, leading to frustrating situations. The once-friendly and efficient atmosphere has been replaced with an air of apathy and indifference.
Moreover, the cleanliness of the restaurant has noticeably deteriorated. Tables and floors are not adequately cleaned, creating an unappealing and unhygienic environment. This neglect further contributes to the overall disappointment experienced during visits to Bojangles of Mocksville.
It is disconcerting to witness the decline of a once-prominent establishment. Bojangles of Mocksville needs to address these issues promptly and make significant improvements to restore its reputation. Adjusting their online hours to reflect the actual operating times would be a good start. Additionally, a renewed focus on quality control, customer service, and cleanliness is crucial for regaining the trust and satisfaction of customers.
In conclusion, my recent experiences at Bojangles of Mocksville have been disappointing. The inconsistency in operating hours, coupled with a decline in food quality, service, and cleanliness, has led me to rate this establishment with only two stars. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes to restore Bojangles of Mocksville to its...
Read moreOne star, less if I could, due to the individual on the drive thru headset. Tuesday June 24, 10:45am. A male was the one who finally took my order, or even acknowledged a vehicle at the speaker. Yes, I saw there was a line, I understood it was moving slowly. But...when I got to the speaker, ... nothing. For almost 5 minutes I sat there waiting for someone on the other end to acknowledge my presence with at least a 'sorry for the delay, we'll be right with you'. Nope, none of that. I finally spoke, quite cordially, "is the speaker working?" Male's voice, "YES IT IS, WE'LL GET YOU IN A MINUTE, WE'RE BACKED UP AND THERE'S ONLY 3 OF US HERE". Alright dawg, here's the deal. What you have is a management failure, not a customer failure. I only asked because I was starting to feel like the idiot waiting that long without being acknowledged, and I simply asked. I didn't bark at you, so not sure why you felt the need to bark at me. And finally, if after taking the order, the customer can hear the impatience in your voice when you say, "anything else?", then you're wrong, the customer is right, and perhaps you're just not cut out for the task of working with the public. I will say, the two young ladies working at the window who actually gave me the order, were quite friendly and seemed sincerely apologetic for the wait, and perhaps for the attitude that came with it. The food would have been great, but the overall experience has an effect on one's appetite. Hint for the manager, if there were 3 employees on hand, one obviously a man, and two were the young ladies NOT on the headset, then it shouldn't be difficult to deduce the source of this diner's unpleasant visit. A little more training, and a sprinkle of manager attentiveness could possibly keep this store from...
Read moreManager was ticked off about something and made it known to all customers and staff. Totally ignored us and other customers standing at the front waiting to order as she walked by in a huff. Another gal finally had to come out of the back to take our order as we were all about to walk out. Manager stood out in the dining room with some customers (family?) and stewed aloud about whatever ticker her off, and complained about her job and everyone around her as loud as she could, causing a scene. The food was hot, but overdone and super dried out (chicken) - hardly worth the price or the show. It was my first time ever in a bojangles. I will never go back.
There were only a couple other customers in the whole place and it was freezing in there. Everyone was talking about how uncomfortable it was.
There was no hello, thank you, come back, no smiles or even here’s your order, just frowning grumpy faces and nasty attitudes. Worst customer service and management ever. And apparently no employee training. Place should be...
