They got our order correct. Just really concerned about the price point of this place. It seems like prices continue to rise without the quality going up. I keep hearing things if they're going to increase their quality of their meat in their hamburgers. And that they are on a no preservatives or additives or fillers but haven't noticed any difference yet. Not too big of a fan of the new meatless Whopper. I think that's kind of funny. Because everyone has said that the fast food industry is using everything but hamburger anyway. It seems like the Whopper has been getting much smaller than it used to be. And the bun is getting bigger. But just like all the fast food places they show these great things on TV. However when you get to the various establishments they never produce the quality seen on TV. I know everybody looks better with makeup. I guess that's true with Burgers and Fries awesome on TV. But when you get the product in the restaurants it's a big disappointment. I feel like the fast food industry as a whole is not as up to par as it should be. They all seem to be having trouble delivering such a simple product that's already pre-made. I guess the Jetsons had it right we all need robots. Then who would you complain to. I would rate this place okay. God is good all the time....
Read moreI don't quite understand what it is about this restaurant. I work down the road and stop here maybe once a week for lunch hoping maybe someone has been hired that likes their job. It doesn't seem to be the case. Orders are wrong, wait times are ridiculous (20 minutes in a drive-thru waiting for a burger or fries at noon on a weekday). It truly seems that they really do not care about customer service or appearances, as the grounds can be disheveled, signs on the windows are ripped and torn, and there's a sign stuck in the ground at the drive-thru that conveniently covers up the price on the monitor.
I don't know if BK's corporate office visits restaurants regularly, or if their district management actually do anything, but this one needs a visit, and BAD. I've been under the impression that BK as a company don't really care too much about the customer experience (from being at 3-4 other restaurants in the past 6 months to a year), but this is getting out of hand. Read moreLove Burger King as a whole. This is the worst one I've ever been to. Service was slow! The place was dead yet very dirty. The food was cold, and the buns were like chewing on a rock. Update: Still very disappointed. Service is still SLOW!! Went through the drive thru, as I expected on a Friday night at dinner time they were fairly busy. There were maybe six cars in the drive thru lane. The lady taking orders wouldn't even let me speak. She kept interrupting me when I was in the middle of telling her what I wanted. So of course, the order was not rung up properly. We wanted two meals and only ended up getting one meal, and a sandwich with a drink. The first drink that was handed to me was wrong.
