This has to be the worst experience I've ever had here. I have never in my life not left a tip, until today. Tips are earned and should not ever be expected regardless of service. Today our waiter, who I'll be nice and refer to him by his first initial "J", lost out on a tip because of his poor service and a poor attitude. He was not very nice at all. For starters, he messed up our order. I ordered a brisket burger, not the sandwich. When he brought a sandwich, that's what he freaking called it when he put it on the table. I noticed it wasn't what I ordered, I tried to ask him if this was a sandwich or a burger? He cut me off and said "it's the burger". After he walked away, I pulled up the menu online and saw it was not the burger it was the sandwich. We were short of time, so I decided not to make a big deal about it. However, although there were five of us, we did not have any utensils. My kids didn't care because they had wings, fries and nachos. I planned on sharing my sandwich with my wife. when I was able to get J's attention, I asked for a knife to cut my "burger". 5 minutes later, he walked by the table, carrying a butter knife, handed to me without slowing down, almost like a relay race hand-off, and kept going. Butter knives suck and cutting "burgers" by the way, or sandwiches in my case. We ate, J never came back to check on us. No drink refill offers, nothing. We sat there, done with our food for about 25 minutes. It wasn't until J walked by and made eye contact with me and noticed by my glare at him that he decided to come back and ask if we needed anything. I asked for a box for my daughter and our ticket. Ironically, probably because he noticed my glare, he was halfway nice. I paid my ticket, no tip for the first time ever, and left. I hate not leaving a tip, because I know how hard that work is. I understand it can get busy. I understand that we all have bad days. I want to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this is inexcusable. If your day is that bad you cannot treat people decently then don't come to work that day. If it is so busy you ignore people for more than 25 minutes, ask for help, or at least let people know you haven't forgot about them. I have never had an experience this bad. The tip was not earned. Read moreI was going to actually rate this place 3 stars just because when we arrived they had us choose our table and then we waited about 25 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge us , then I have to wait another 30 -45 minutes just for our drinks (they forgot to send them in the first time so a different server had to come and reorder our drinks and app ) so then we get our drinks and app. So now we are waiting to get our order taken and this take about 25 minutes ..... so then after that wait we order our food and time is just passing , I believe another 30 minutes pass until a server walks by and ask if we had gotten our food we tell them no so they go check what's going on ... coming to find out our order was never sent though this time I'm do irritated I kinda start to cry because I don't wanna be a b word but at the same time we had been here for about 2 hrs and some change .... so some time goes by and they bring my daughters food shortly after my husband's and about 5 to 10 mins mine but this time it's the wrong order .... I send it back and make sure they get me what I wanted to order in the first place . ALSO LET ME SAY IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME AT BUFFALO WILD WINGS and all this happened . However I did rate it 5 start due to the fact they did discount some of our meal and the other servers were very apologetic they also gave us a free order of cake and icecream . Ordered chicken tenders came out on the lighter side. Batter was still very light in color and not fully cooked. Chicken was very rubbery as a result. AND food took over an HOUR for TWO people!!
We didn't even order that much food!
