My only problem is how unresourceful/unfamiliar the employees are with the merchandise. Like anime characters/product. For a while I was wanting to buy the Ein corgi plushy/pillow from cowboy bebop. And they had it here at the very top shelf to the ceiling. I wasnt able to confirm or get a good look at the corgi from the floor so I asked a girl employee if that was the corgi from cowboy and she said "no.. that's a regular corgi." And I trusted her word and just didnt think twice. Eventually I wanted it so bad that I went the next time and asked someone to get it down and it turned out to be the corgi from cowboy. I spent sometime trying to buy it somewhere else and just was growing a suspicion that the girl just was lazy and didnt want to check for me. So I finally got it weeks later and just started not trusting the employee's word. For the 40% of the time they know what an item is/character but alot of the time they have a blank face or just dont do anything...

I did not know a store like this existed. I am pretty big into anime and felt like a little kid in a candy store when I first found out about this place. I did some shopping with my niece and she gave me an idea of what she wanted in this store. She's also a big fan of anime and was happy to be in this store. She picked out a lot of things she wanted and I ended up narrowing them down. They have a lot of anime clothing and toys as well as pins and other accessories. Stuff you would expect to see in online anime stores or maybe in Japan as well. The staff are very helpful and can answer any question you have about the items in the store. I ended up signing for their rewards program. I would definitely go back here...

Came in tonight and the two workers kept watching me and my sister. One of them asked us if we needed help finding anything literally twice! If I needed help finding anything after the first time you asked me, then I would come and find you! And you wouldn’t be difficult to find since you’re standing in such close proximity watching us the whole time. The other worker was following us around, trying to be discreet, but it wasn’t working for her. I kept my cool about it. But I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable looking at things that I might possibly buy. They didn’t even ask anyone else in the store if they needed help finding anything. Just us black...
