I ordered tonight on my way home from work. I have never been treated so rudely. When I arrived at the speaker box, I was informed someone would be with me shortly. After 4 minutes I said Hello? Nothing. 3 more minutes pass and I then said Hello? A line is building behind me. Another staff person came on the box and rudely said, "We will be with you shortly we ONLY have one working headset. Ok? So I said "Thanks for letting me know', So now after another 3 or 4 minutes the first young lady takes my order. I get to the window, no hi , no sorry for the wait, nothing the young lady just asks for my payment and the order was about 25 dollars. I pay she gives me my card back and closes the window. Literally said 2 words to me. About 4 or 5 minutes later the other woman, who looked like a manager and had many tattoos but I was not able to see her name tag, slams open the window says here you go and slings the bags of food at me and closes the window hard enough that it came back open a bit so I said wow thanks I hope the people behind me are as nice as you are and she yelled back good night! She was very rude you could tell she was really mad and honestly this is not the first time service has been less than at this location so I probably won't be back. I worked at JIB for many years in the 80's if I acted, looked or spoke the way this 'manager' did I would have been fired. I have always been a loyal customer but am now rethinking that. Read moreSo first we waited in drive thru for a good 20 minutes almost. We ordered a meal and a jumbo jack and a curly fry. So we finally get are food and before we leave the window we check to make sure the frys are hot and low and behold they are not. So we tell them the frys are cold. They take the food back and make fresh frys. So when we get home we pull out the food and we had ordered spicy popcorn chicken and they literally gave us 6 pieces of popcorn chicken, and then we ordered a jumbo jack on sour dough with cheese and they didn't put cheese on it. So we call them and they take are order down (or so they say they are) and are name. Well we go back the next day to get are order and they proceed to tell me that they don't have my name down. The lady was rude and they didn't even give us are whole order like they had said they would back. This is not the first time that this has happened there. We won't be returning here and dont recommend anyone...
Read moreMy wife and I were both treated very poorly. We ordered for delivery through the Jack in the Box app. Our order never arrived. It states at the bottom of the email confirmation if there are order issues or our order never arrives to contact the store. The manager Amanda was extremely rude to my wife, insisting she didn't order through the Jack in the box app, that she ordered through uber eats and needed to contact them. She even said that my wife must have put in the wrong address. Amanda kept being ride instead of offering any way to resolve this issue which would be a refund or the food. I went to the store to try and clear this up and still was not able to get my food or a refund. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Uber will not refund us our money or reorder the food because the order was not placed with uber eats it was placed on Jack in the box's app and fulfilled by uber eats via a partnership between the two.
