Absolutely the WORST experience. Waited 15 minutes to order in the dirive thru to be told I had a 5 minute wait for the chicken fillets to be cooked, so naturally, no problem. But 5 minutes turned into 25 minutes. I get down the road and was told that my sandwiches were incorrect. (I ordered original and I got spicy) So I turned around and came inside to not hold up the drive thru line, to be greeted by the on shift manager, Danielle who was extremely rude and condescending about my order being incorrect. I work in Customer service and have for the past 16 years, and I have NEVER came in contact with someone who obviously is unhappy and loathes working with the public. From the very start she rolled her eyes, rudely cut me off from speaking and insisted on giving me my money back instead of correcting my order that I had already waited 40 minutes for, telling me they "would happily give me my money back so I could go somewhere else" all while having a snarky attitude. (Yes, I confirmed Danielle was in fact the shift manager) It wasn't until after waiting another 13 minutes for the two sandwiches to be corrected, that I had enough of their attitude and got upset because of what happened next. As I went up to the counter to get the bag (not saying a word) Danielle waited till I grabbed the bag and started to walk away from the counter and yells out "have a wonderful day" with another eyeroll, as they're assisting another customer with their order. I turned around, walked back and asked for her name. It was completely uncalled for being since I was there ordering at 7:16pm and didn't walk out the door with my corrected order until 8:06pm. So I know that it wasn't sincere, it was to be condescending as not once was there any type of an apology for the mix up. As a customer I will find another establishment to go to, and as someone who is a manager in customer service, I would be mortified knowing that this Coffee Rd location is being ran by such negative people who do not believe in simple customer service nor do they care at all. The establishment itself was filthy, nowhere to sit and wait because half of the dining area was filled with unused machines and boxes just thrown everywhere. I'm not one to complain or write reviews, but tonight's run in with Danielle has changed my.mind. Read moreThis store is so unprofessional,I jus left this store a hour ago...I got family meal for my family 16pcs I jus left work and my wife asked for to get dinner cause didn't feel like cooking to nighy,I ordered wings and legs they gave me wings and thighs I checked my receipt b4 leaving I notice they had my order wrong called to the window to make sure they got it right,they still gave me wings and legs on purpose, I watch the young lady at the window turn around and tell the on on sight management my correct order...I seen the lady say a smart remark and make a face...I called once I got home and seen my order was wrong...the management was rude and she said she prep my meal personally which I witnessed her do from my car in drive threw....the management proceeds to tell me after I got home with order I have to bring it back for her correct my meal which I was to tired to drive back from other side of town....I asked if my meal can be credited she said no bring it back tomorrow and she will replace it I have 4 kids and a wife that expecting dinner at 8pm Dec 28,2023 and I ordered our meal at 7:06 in the drive thru window.....as a business owner and former fast food worker in management at several food chains.....I find your employee work conduct to very unprofessional she should not be management cause even I know from Foo safe training you can not take a meal back once it reached someone residents and the boxs or ceals been broking and food been exposed......so I hope cooperation take it upon themselves to handle the management at this location....cause I beencoming to Popeyes for over 20 years and never experienced nothing like this b4 I have from the ceres Popeyes off hatch road and I never go there again if there was another Popeyes outside Of this one in this location I would not come back...
Read moreStopped by as they opened at 10am. Noticed they were already 4 deep in the drive thru. Good sign. Inside I ordered the classic chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and un-sweetened ice tea. Manager, Irene delivered my meal to my table within a few minutes and asked if she could get me anything else. Irene politely accommodated my request for Bar BQ sauce and when I said, "Thank you" Irene replied, "your welcome" and not the standard these days of No problem. Irene doubled down that I had everything I need for an enjoyable dining experience. Please read my Chicken Barn Review to follow. Chicken sandwich had a little more mayonnaise than I was used to and I took it off. Presentation was about a 7 as it had been squished together and it was no longer Fluffy and Level as the pickle and mayo had been squished out from between the buns. Kept having to wipe the mayo off of my hands while eating. Chicken was hot and favorable. I was not tasting any hint of Heat Lamp after effects or fermentation of the oils you get when an item has been out to long. Mashed potatoes were surprisingly creamy and without that instant potato flavor. The right amount of pepper and not over salted. Iced tea reminded me of the Sun Tea my mom would make as a kid. Not too much and not watered down. The dining area was clean and the climate was accurate. The staff behind the counter seemed to be having a good time as a lot of communication was going on between them. It seemed to be a happy crew which definitely helps with pride in their production and a quality end game experience for the customer.
