La Reina Michoacana — Restaurant in Modesto

I love coming here but yesterday there was a long line and 2 girls one with blonde hair in a bun and another girl were just chitchatting and not helping the other two girls. There was only two other girls actually trying to help everyone else . This happens often as I come in, there’s always girls just standing on their phones or chitchatting instead of helping customers. There has been other times when I come in and the girls attending us are always rude. I wish there was name tags so that I can thank the girls helping out yesterday. Very nice selection of desserts. I got a scoop of m&m and ferrero rocher in a waffle cone. Lady behind the counter was friendly and attentive. Small wait due to other customers. Will try again, maybe some food that they offer or the ice cream bars they have, maybe an agua fresca. Only reason for 1 star missing was one of the screens was off, the ice cream labels could have been easier to see on the glass rather than a little sign in the ice cream itself and my cone had glue from the wrapper so I couldn't eat the...

I’ve been coming here for many years and have always loved the place but when I came in today the two employees on the clock were too busy on their phones this evening and had mean straight faces while they served us. I was very disappointed with the customer service, and every question I had was answered with attitude. not a place I will be recommending anytime soon....
