I ordered a dozen donuts online. The app took my money. I arrived within 30 minutes. The lady tells me i had to cancel we don't have enough. A hour later, I get a message saying my money will be refunded around February 8th. What bs. Also the app was still selling donuts when i got home. She was still selling donuts behind the counter. In my mind she was reselling what I paid for. The place stinks right when you walk in. The smell slaps you in the face. I'm upset about them taking my money, wasting my time and gas. She was not apologetic at all. I will never go back!...

Pretty disappointing. Charged extra for an egg and cheese bagel WITHOUT meat. When I asked why, I was told she put an extra egg on the bagel, which was not readily apparent when eating it. They also gave me the wrong donut. And will charge a fee for using a credit card.

There is generally a frantic and uncoordinated energy that results in poor service (at least on my visit).
