I had went like a month ago to get my sons chain fixed and took around 5 days to get it fixed just to break down the next day from the same spot they fixed it I let time past due to working and getting home late but I went in yesterday to get it fixed and told them what had happened but she looked me up and my file wasn’t in the system like if I was lying and was trying charge me 45 to get it fixed when the first they charged me 30 I didn’t like the service and attitude so I left and went down the street to La Prenda jewelry and was treated with great service only charged me 20 and got it fixed in 20 mins I even bought a pair of earrings just cuz I was satisfied with the service I would’ve done the same in El centro jewelry like I always do but service was terrible this time please work on you’re workers and let them know how work with people and not over charging I had bought many gold from you guys as service was good but this time was bad made me feel like if I was...

I’m writing a review because I think that there are a lot of reviews on here that don’t really show the true side of el centro jewelry. Let me just add that I don’t write reviews often. I’ve been to this store many times the last this past Sunday. They are always very friendly and will to help me find what I’m looking for. A few years ago I went in looking for a gift for my husband, for our 25 th Anniversary I finally decided to get him a watch. I wanted it engraved and it was an hour to close. He was going to visit his family in Europe and was leaving the next day so it need to be done that day. They made it happen. I was so grateful for that. As soon as I walked in Cecilia & alto greeted me very friendly she asked me if I wanted to look around.i said am looking for some diamond earrings they had the perfect size earrings for me. The first set that i got.
