My husband and I decided to eat here one day and when we walked in we expected to be hit with the smell of fresh delicious pizza… instead, it smelled dirty, like sweat. There were many tables that had not been cleared of previous visitors trash. We ordered our pizza and took a seat. While we waited for our pizza I examined the room and further and it looks like this place is in dire need of a deep cleaning. So much dust everywhere, the sides of the tables and chairs are caked with dirt, the napkin dispensers are so dirty ( makes it hard to trust how clean their napkins are coming out of that thing). They brought our pizza and unfortunately it was made wrong, we asked them to remake it a second time, they apologized and made it. The second pizza was wrong again, we just accepted it for what it was at that point and did not ask for any discounts or refund. We were too hungry to wait for a 3rd attempt. We did not finish the whole pizza as it was not what we asked for. The woman that took our order then came to us and asked us about the situation and as I was explaining to her what happened, she seemed to be very defensive. She did not apologize and then asked rudely “what do you want to do about it?” I told her I didn’t want anything, and left it at that. I feel like she could have been more apologetic and understanding rather than getting defensive. In all, we will not be returning to this location. I will note that the staff member that made our pizza both times was very apologetic and seemed genuine. First time at a Mountain Mike's, a friend with us told us about it since we were visiting. Sat there waiting after ordering for something like 40 minutes before we went up and asked for ETA. They had just put our order under the heat lamp despite us sitting right across from the registers the entire time and never being called? Not sure if the lady who took our order was annoyed at me/us in particular because we saw at least two orders after us go by without the same hitch.
Friend said he'd never been to this particular store, so it could just be a one off at this location. To be fair, the guy I asked for ETA was polite and seemed to try to make up for the wait with some extra condiments.
Also, worth a shout-out to a lighter-haired lady working there who was really considerate, asking if we needed the restroom as we headed back towards to check out the arcade before she closed them (for cleaning?). Later, since I had a lot of time waiting, I noticed she seemed to be almost enthusiastically engaged in her various tasks during my time there.

I got there about 5 minutes before my pizza should have been ready & as I walked in, I noticed how empty it was and I was the only customer there and looked at the oven that had 0 pizzas in it so I'm thinking it's ready. Well, turns out I would need to wait another 15 min. That 15 min. Turned into 35. I could see the ONE person making pizzas, was doing his job but all the while talking to a female. Ugh! There had to have been at least 5 other people working there at that time but not one kept me updated on my pizza. I finally walked up again to the dude in the ponytail and told him he needed to be upfront with me about the time and requested a full refund and he could do whatever he wanted with the pizza. I'm not a person who gets upset too much or very easily BUT, i know that my pizza should have been ready if the employees would have stopped visiting with each other and the cook concentrating on his job more. This occurred last week and I was describing my experience to Valero attendant whom is on the same property and they too said their service has gone down hill.
