if I could give them 0 stars I would was buying dinner online and website glitched switching my order to this location which is a 40 minute drive there and back for me I saw the mistake right away and tried to cancel through the website no luck it was too late, 3 minutes at the most, I called the location to cancel the order spoke to three different employees that said they would not refund my money was told someone would call me back never received a call called back two more times and contacted corporate on the website all to no avail I am a disabled single mom and we have been homeless for two years and I just wanted to treat my kids to their favorite place to get dinner and all that happened was they kept my 30 dollars I can't afford to give businesses free money and receive nothing in return but it looks like this is what happens when you deal with a glitchy website and a restaurant with incompetent employees how about a little training of employees so they can...

Unfortunately, I have to give this location 2 stars solely based on the food. The service interaction was quick as I ordered online. We ordered 2 sides of string bean chicken, and 2 sides of orange chicken among other things. The string bean chicken was severely lacking in the chicken. Like severely. I had one strip of chicken and my husband had a few crumbles. The string beans were super firm, like they weren't even cooked. My husband also barely got a scoop of orange chicken, but I got way more than him. I do understand that the size of the chicken also plays a part in how much you get, but the portions weren't even close to being similar. The service at this Panda (on Floyd Ave) has gotten worse and worse over the last couple of years. No matter what time of day I come in, they are always out of something. The employees are slow and always seem confused and scattered. It's really a shame because I do enjoy the food. One night I stood in line for 45 minutes, then when I got to the register the guy in front of me had his credit card denied. He told the employee he would send his kid to get his wife. She was going to hold up the line (which was out tghe door) even longer for this guy! I told her I wasn't going to wait for his wife to bring money to him and that she needed to ring me up. Really common sense I should have had to tell her. people will stop coming to this branch if the management can't pull...
