Wendy's — Restaurant in Modesto

I have worked in many fast food restaurants I have had 1k hours befor I know what is good service and food this store is one of those that need a new gm from the girl at the last window holding my water out the window because she’s impatient to no hello beside can you park in the front I got a small meal I watched over 7 cars get there food and thay got to drive off while I wait for nothing I waited 12 minutes befor I went into the store I ask for a refund at the desk she said why I told her I never got my food thay never made my food this is a very slow fast food restaurant with bad service and food thay have no clue in what there doing and there lazy kids thay hired thay need to clean house from the ones who are training them should be fired for training kids bad customer service the gm needs to be replaced as well the owner needs to look into this reviews I will never eat at this location again I will tell others in my life...

I love the fact that u can get a salad or baked potato at Wendy's, makes for a healthier alternative to a burger n fries. But the general service and quality at this particular Wendy's is in need of improvement... It's little things like having to ask or plead to get butter and 2 packets of sour cream with my potato, every other (and u do mean EVERY other) Wendy's that I've been do does this automatically...why do I have to practically beg for it here? The fries are always cold n unsalted, yuck! I got a burger my last trip here since it had been awhile since I had gotten one from Wendy's n let's just say that I will only be ordering the salads or baked potatoes in the future. I made a mobile order of the 2 family orders they have promoting. At the speaker I order a number 3 regular. When I got home I realized they didn't gave me the 2 10 piece spicy nuggets. I call the store and let them know so they told me to come back so I did and when I got there one of the crew member try calling me a lier saying that she gave me 1 spicy 10 pack already that she remember giving me one. I wouldn't be calling or coming back saying something like that. I work for a fast food place too and we don't treat customers like you guy's do we alwaysbelievein our customers and make sure they leave happy. I am really disappointed and embarrassed that way that girl went telling her other co worker because I always do mobile orders for this place but...
