McDonald's — Restaurant in Moline

I always say I’m going to stop ordering here but it’s on my way to work for breakfast. If I could give negative stars, I would.

First of all I only ever order a sausage egg McMuffin, which should be super easy and quick, wrong. It always takes 30 minutes and it’s a roulette of decently warm and cooked just right or the muffin is hard as a rock and eggs cold.

If I ever order anything else, it’s wrong. AND if you do curbside in the app, prepare for it to tell you someone’s on their way with the food and it takes another 15-20 minutes for someone to stroll on out with your food.

No one is ever up front to take orders, they make you use the kiosk or app to order, and no one really brings food out. They go up to the corner of the wall and reach around to the shelf to put out orders and call numbers. Pretty sure it’s to hide and not face customers.

And prepare for a bunch of them to be seemingly high school age and have attitudes even if they know the messed up your orders.

How is a place THIS utterly disorganized and frantic when busy? Maybe retrain all of them to be better prepared for rushes? It should be expected that they are in a prime...

Went to pick up my coworkers order as my break from work. Went to get the order and they told me that they haven’t received it. I showed them that she paid for it and what the order was, they still wouldn’t make the order. The manager told me that it’s “geolocated” and that they didn’t get the order because her phone wasn’t near the store. I went back to work and brought her phone with me. They still didn’t have the order! They didn’t want to remake it but after 45 minutes (when I only get a 30 minute break) they finally remade the order. The manager is not friendly whatsoever and gave me and another customer attitude. Just because she is not happy with HER life doesn’t mean she has to ruin everyone else’s day! I won’t be going back to this location- the staff was mostly friendly but the manager should be working somewhere else where there’s no customer interaction. She has no idea how to talk to people or problem solve effectively!

(Not to mention how it was a $4 order that would’ve taken less than a minute to make- yet I waited 45 minutes for it when it was...

Went this evening to get my kids dinner and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order even though a couple employees noticed I was there. We waited for our food and when we received it the burgers and chicken sandwiches weren't even wrapped and thrown in the bag and no nuggets when we ordered 6. I waited about 10 minutes to see if they were dropping them fresh and get my kids situated and they still never came out. I went to the register and waited for a few minutes and told the lady I was missing 6-4 piece nuggets and had the receipt with me. She went and got 2 6-piece. I proceeded to tell her we are missing 6 4-piece nuggets she went and got 2 4-piece nuggets and then walked away with them and went to the back. Another employee asked me what I was missing and I said I am missing 4 more 4-piece nuggets then she got them. I will not be returning back to any McDonald's ever again. This was the first time I have went there in 6 years and won't go back after...
