They have a drive thru but it's never open, you'll just waste your time sitting there trying to talk to someone just to be ignored. Ordered a sandwich through the app and when I went to pick it up they were closed early for the day. Tried calling next day but phone was disconnected. Tried calling following day and manager hung up the phone on me when I was looking for my order number regarding my complaint that I never received my sandwich that I paid for. Insult to injury, not only did the manager not even apologize for the mistake, but also hung up the phone as if my complaint was not valid whatsoever. Drove down to the store and of course the manager was already gone. None of the employees could help me since they could not authorize any kind of refund. When looking at the app, it stated my order got picked up at the time they were already closed?!?! After 4 days of trying to get my sandwich I finally gave up. We tried to use the Drive thru on 5/7/2019. It took my order and let me pay. When I got up to the window there was a hand printed sign that said that they drive thru was temporarily out of service. We pulled around and I sent my husband inside to pick up our food. The people inside made him wait until they served everyone inside (approx 15 minutes) before they made our food. When he got back to the car, we realized we were missing 3 macadamia nut cookies, so I went back in for them. The staff just stared at me blankly, couldn't figure out which cookies were which, then complained that they'd had so many people try to use the drive thru that day and didn't understand why people didn't know they needed to come inside. I placed a mobile order at 10:00am to be ready by 11:15am. Clocked out for my lunch at 11:05 and went to pick it up. Walk in and they didn’t even have my order. Even though my receipt claimed they received it. The employee looked back at her manager and said I had my receipt on my phone so they told her to make it.
