Starbucks — Restaurant in Moline

I sat in the drive thru this morning for 20 minutes waiting on my drink, get to the window and they made the wrong drink as usual at this location. I tell them this is not what I ordered and they offer to remake it. Which is perfectly fine.

In steps the problem, in 35 years I have never had an employee of a business I was a consumer at curse at me and then leave refusing to help me, or the girl who was a new employee. The poor girl at the window who was new asked the person who made the drink(Kim Sinatra) to come over and help. She comes to the window and asks what I ordered, I tell her a cold brew with dark mocha almond milk foam. Her response was she's never heard of that and had no idea what it was. My response was this was a common drink and I had ordered it a dozen times before at this location, how have you never heard of it?

Kim Sinatra's response was to then storm away leaving the new girl not knowing what to do and asking her for help, and me sitting there with the wrong drink. The new girl at the window doesn't know what to do and is asking Kim for help, in which I she flat out refuses to help me/her and I can hear her swearing in the background about me, as she is now at the counter on the interior. This is all over simply asking her to make the drink that I ordered, that is a fairly common drink.

I wanted a good kick of caffeine but honestly don’t know jack about coffee. I panicked when they said pumpkin spice wasn't out yet (it’s one of the few flavors im familiar with, unoriginal ik) and I asked if they could make me a nitro that was “sweet, but not too sweet”. The lady made me my nitro cold brew with macadamia syrup and white macadamia nut cold foam. It’s stunning. Exactly what I nervously asked for, might even be my new regular order. 3:52 order my usual of a iced chai latte no ice and asked for a refill of my water no ice. They had the chai right but despite asking at the kiosk in drive through and asking again at the window this girl ive never seen takes my chai puts it in my water cup and goes "there you go" and I had to reclarify for the third time I wanted my water cup filled with only water no ice and she goes "oh let me get you a venti water" had me pour out my chai in a new grande cup and fills my now chai residue water cup with water but with ice in it.
