This place is a sad joke, I have been there twice now and "Koffehouse Ed" cant make the simplest of orders, I ordered an Iced coffee the first time and he had no idea what I was talking about..luckily another younger girl in there was able to help and made my order. The second time, which was today I ordered an iced coffee and was given and charged for an iced latte..when Ed brought me the order I told him that is not what I ordered and I wanted an iced coffee so he preceded to argue and now give me drip coffee with ice..so now my iced coffee is coffee with ice on the top half that is cold and the bottom half hot..so I asked for more ice since it undrinkable like this. Once again more attitude but he gives me ice. As I'm leaving I here this idiot complaining about me saying I asked for something else. It baffles me how companies allow incompetent rude people be the face of their product. I only returned as to I enjoyed the coffee last time, but now that I just paid to be insulted by a shakey old man and paid $5 for drip coffee Ill...
