Culver’s — Restaurant in Moline

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Culver's Restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for a fantastic dining experience.

edit: I’ve now received a nasty email from the OWNER accusing me of lying with a scanned version of a printout that says times different that what my app said yesterday.

Attempted to do a curbside for my lunch break and set it to be ready at 5:50 pm. 5:59 I call and say “I’ve been sitting here checked into curbside and nobody has come out” they haven’t even started making my food AND it still charged my bank card. I attempted to call back about the refund, and my phone number seems to have been blocked as that’s what it says when I try to call. Had to call from a separate number to get a manager who seemed like she thought I was wasting her time, was “promised” a refund, and that’s it. Not even an apology. Ordered the Butter Burger and fries. I have to say it was one of the best or the best hamburger I’ve tasted in a long time. The hamburger and fries were hot. The hamburger meat was fried thin and was very juicy which I like very much. You get to choose what add ons for your burger. The add ons were fresh ( onions tomatoes). The fries were crinkle cut. The menu has a good variety. Will go back and try the others. Prices I thought were fair for the great hamburger and fries. There were a few cars in the drive-thru but only four or five people eating inside. I do think the atmosphere is a bit stuffy. Not too welcoming or overly friendly.
