I had to go home and complete the work myself. Car is a 1974 Plymouth Duster. A 7/8 wrench or socket was what was required. My drain plug was damaged by them trying to use metric size tools on it after I told them repeatedly not to use metric. And they spilled oil all over my exhaust when they replaced the oil filter.
