Shop floor lead was on a power trip over his coworkers when I was there. In twenty years of getting oil changes I've never seen a coolant cap go missing and an oil dipstick break, much less at the same time, after I trusted these guys to handle my trucks servicing, and the cherry on the cake was that the floor lead wouldn't allow me to use my multitool to pull out the metal section of dipstick so they could check the fluid level because somehow that qualifies as a customer working on their vehicle. Came in with an old school car. Asked if they could do it. They responded yes. Well they did not have the correct wrench or socket to remove my oil pan drain plug. I had to go home and complete the work myself. Car is a 1974 Plymouth Duster. A 7/8 wrench or socket was what was required. My drain plug was damaged by them trying to use metric size tools on it after I told them repeatedly not to use metric. And they spilled oil all over my exhaust when they replaced the oil filter.
