We’re from Myrtle Beach & we’re staying close by on the lake! This place happened to catch my eye. I came & told everyone we were going. I absolutely loved every second. The staff was great & SO friendly even with a longer line close to closing time they were moving quick. I got the cashew caramel…outstanding! Such big chunks of cashew. So good! My daughter got the fishbowl & enjoyed it. We also got milkshakes (strawberry + the animal party) holy moly they were both so good. 10/10! The atmosphere was great & the bright mural on the wall is so fun! We will be back when we visit again! 😊

We met a small group of family here for ice cream on my daughter's birthday. She is on crutches. The manager saw us coming and had the door open and ready for us and got her seated inside the door. He went through the menu with her, and brought any flavor she wanted to try to the table for her. Her milkshake was then served with a candle and song from staff. TOP NOTCH service! Everything ordered was delicious, and you can enjoy your order in a comfy rocking chair out front!

We have been a few times and each time it’s been great! We have tried -almost all of the milkshakes and they are so good. The cotton candy cloud is our favorite. I was curious to check out this new ice cream shop, especially since they use the same brand of ice cream as Scoop50fifty. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the overall setup, branding, and concept felt almost identical to Scoop50fifty—down to the smallest details. While I’m always excited to see more places serving great ice cream, I believe originality and a warm, welcoming atmosphere make a big difference, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel that here.

Additionally, when we politely asked if they offered a military discount, we were met with a dismissive response: ‘No, we’ve only been open for nine days.’ There was no ‘thank you for your service’ or any sign of appreciation—just attitude. A simple, respectful response would have gone a long way. Customer service matters just as much as the product, and I hope to see improvements in both hospitality and originality...

Fishbowl is an amazing ice cream shop in the heart of Moncks Corner! I highly recommend that next time you get a sweet tooth, you head over to their conveniently located store to try one of their many specialty ice creams! The staff and ownership are next level in delivering a positive customer service with a smile on their face and the knowledge to help you decide on what to get!

I meant to write this review over a month ago when we first tried Fishbowl and then again when we went back on Memorial Day when they supported our military service members and veterans with a free ice cream.
