Mr Hibachi — Restaurant in Moncks Corner

Sooooo.....let's talk about this place. Nasty....omg. Tables were wiped down, floor was nasty, food products (yum yum sauce) container had sauce running down the sides of it, food prep cleaning products out for all to see, and the bathroom....just no! Now, the service was good....not complaining there and the food was cooked immediately, so it was all nice and hot when it arrived. The sushi was pretty good. I ordered the eel roll and the Hwy. 17 roll.....all pretty good. I ordered the fried calamari to start....hot when I got it, good deal. Also ordered the steak and rice hibachi which also was hot when it arrived. So.....2 of the 5 things I look for get stars..... unfortunately the overall is a 2 star deal. My advice, order to go or have it delivered cause you don't wanna eat in.

I got a Deluxe 2 way platter Fillet mignon and shrimp. The shrimp and the filet mignon had no flavor at all gave the fillet to my dog i couldn't bare it, vegetables wasn't cooked thoroughly but not bad the noodles on the other hand were the only thing i was amazed with! But the worst of it all was the sushi. I ordered California rolls which tasted unbelievably bland and didn’t taste fresh at all never had sushi taste like that in my life. Might give this place another try because I believe in second chances but I'm hesitant Not something I’d look forward to after working...

I love there food at Mr. Hibachi . However I have them 4 stars today due to the fact I made my order online and I am guessing due to the load with the call in and walk in orders they seemingly forgot to make my order landing me with a like 45 min wait from the time I paid for my order online to when I actually got my food parked in the parking I watched atleast 10 people come and go with there orders and went inside 3 times to get updates. I still have no problems with the location and will return when again I am in that area and hungry... Thanks ladies and gentlemen of...
