Waited 30 minutes for a small (3in) sub for the cheese and mustard to be missing and have to bring it back in. ( 35 minutes if you add in the remade sandwich)Three people in front of me, something that smells like nail polish remover burned my eyes and nose the entire time, and paid $11 for the experience for a tiny sub and two bags of chips and 35 minutes of my life I can’t get back 🥴 This is the pic of the second sandwich box I received covered in mustard so yeah… there’s mustard now and also on my pants so that’s nice but maybe I should be happy I got mustard this time? 1/10 don’t recommend and I won’t come back again.

Crazy part is it's happened twice. Forgetting or messing up an order is upsetting but it happens, but just bread is INSANE. You did that on purpose which sucks cause the family loved that place and after 12hr shift I thought order instead of drive and pick up. Wrong choice!

You can literally count the cheese on the salad.

Food was great! Great edition to Monck Corner other then subway. My wife put her order in and decided to changer her mind and offered to pay them extra and they denied her and told her she would have to wait again. It was a manager with glasses who was short. Other then him the other employees are always very nice. I have seen someone say they don’t offer military discounts. That doesn’t matter to me personally because I didn’t enlist in the marines to get freebies and handouts I did it for my family and my brothers and sisters. No reason to put that as a review towards you guys is kinda unprofessional. You guys do good,keep up the good work! As long as customers are treated top priority you guys will succeed here! Keep up...

Here is the reason why I'm giving firehouse subs a 1 star review I was Recently hired there and only worked 2 days.They told me they are talking about laying me off.Because apparently I am not serious enough for their business.And and they have a problem with me going to the bathroom more then once a day Like they seriously expect me to learn everything they do within 2 days of work in there. I started to understand why my ex. Girlfriend stop working there because of anxiety. The employees are awesome to talk to, but apparently they have their standards set way too high. They need to bring that back down to reality and get themselves in check.Do not recommend working here if you're not serious enough for...

Sure Hannah...I know nothing of Firehouse so under instruction from another I went after being in Summerville for the day,I drove from Summerville with my wife all the way back to Moncks Corner for the grand opening of your Restaurant only to be met with a sign saying basically if you aren't a first responder...no go today...so I left thinking how many places I passed from Summerville I could have ate....fast forward...a few weeks and after a second attempt, returning I did not like the food.
