This is the WORST restaurant i have ever been to. i have never been so unsatisfied with service that i’ve had to write a review about it. This wasn’t just such a terrible experience. Number one ALL of the employees seemed like they were in a bad mood and took our orders while rolling their eyes and snarking at us. Then when we got our order we were missing an order of fries and an order of chicken nuggets, they also gave us an extra sandwich which i wasn’t really complaining about but still... then when we got our chicken nuggets they were cold and one of them still had ICE on it. Another thing was they were out of almost everything! they only had 2 maybe 3 drinks available at the soda machine. They were out of ketchup which is pretty serious considering almost everyone uses ketchup. The whole place was also disgusting! NONE of the tables were washed and the trays and tables had food and grease all over them! We had to use napkins to touch anything in that store it was so disgusting and we had to go to the bathroom and clean our table with soap and water which is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. There were only 2 people eating in that restraunt and a lot of people working so there is no excuse for not having the place clean, getting orders right, or cooking the food all the way through! The attitudes of the employees and everything in that trashy burger king need to be fixed. If i could give a zero star review i would. Read moreThis morning in went to this location. Worst experience ever. I ordered a Garden Salad, 2 for $6 Whopper and Chicken Sandwich, some Onion Rings, and a Dr. Pepper at the drive through. The young lady tells me to pull around and park and they will bring my order out. Almost 20 mins later I'm still in my car waiting. I walk inside to find out what going on and there are about 15 people inside. Half pissed because their order is wrong and the other half pissed because they have been waiting for excessively long times, including one guy who was waiting 10 mins for a frozen fanta. After 5 minutes someone asks if I'M waiting and I give them my receipt. I realize that they start putting my order together from other people's returned orders and by making some of the rest. I stop them and just ask for a refund. Ridiculous!
I leave this location and go to the one about 6 miles away in Matteson. I get into the drive thru line with two cars ahead of me and happen to hear the woman tell the person in front that the drive thru isn't working properly and they have to come inside. I park my car and start to walk in and two separate customers come out pissed. Both comment that the wait time is about 20 minutes and I should only go in if I have plenty of time to wait. SERIOUSLY????

Read moreSo I came to this Burger King with a coupon in hand. I mentioned the coupon for ordering, saying "I have a coupon for two chicken sandwiches and two small fries. Does that come with a drink? It doesn't say on there." The cashier said "okay you want two chicken sandwiches with two small fries" And then I repeated my question about drinks being included. Then somebody else came on the speaker and started taking my order. I asked the same question again, and then I was told if I had a coupon I was supposed to give the code first. Then he said "It's too late to put the coupon on because you didn't give the code." Well I didn't know I was supposed to give a code. I had MENTIONED the coupon and the cashier didn't ask for a code. So how is that my fault? I'm supposed to just know I have to give the code, or else the coupon doesn't work? I did not continue with my order here. That's just ridiculous. If it's some kind of issue with the register why can't they reset the order process so they can put in the code? They had to reset it for the next customer after I left.
