I went through drive through and paid and received my food, very standard procedure. It wasn't until way later in the evening that I realized I was never given my receipt and my credit card. I called the location and explained the situation and I must say I was very pleased with how the staff handled it.
First she asked me what the name on the card was and what it looked like and so I described and she stated that they had it. She gave me the times they were open until and when they opened in the morning. She also said she would notify the owner and make them aware of the situation. I appreciate that level of service.
The next day comes and I go into the lobby when they open. The employee that helped me knew the situation the moment I brought it up. The manager or owner promptly came up with my receipt and my credit card. He once again verified that I could described the card and asked for an ID. Once it was all said and done I received my credit card back.

Read moreLong story short, I was having a bad day, and I was exhausted. I was happy to see that this location honors the national online deals. I placed my order on the app and walked over from the truck stop.
There was an actual bench to use while awaiting my mobile order. The employees were cheerful and seemed to be handling everything just fine. After the cashier had cleared the line, I was the only customer near the counter. The young lady who was putting customer orders on the counter noticed me and asked if I had been helped. It's a small thing, but acknowledging customers is rare today.
