Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and a Doritos locos taco in the drive thru. Got home to find the Gordita crunch was loosely wrapped and fell out into the bag and the Doritos taco was an empty shell. My wife arrived about 20 minutes after me, to place an order after work, so I asked her to show them a picture of the order and ask if they could correct their mistake. They refused to help and said they made no mistakes on her husband’s order. I drove back to meet my wife after she called me saying she was made to feel inferior and see what needed to be done to get my order made correctly. We were both met with each team member taking turns at us to say we were trying to get food for free and if I want a taco they’d be more than happy to charge me for another one. In the drive thru, I was never given a receipt and details of the order could not be displayed on a screen, but upon returning they were happy to reprint a copy of the receipt and wave in our faces the fact that they rang in “extra shell” as if to claim I placed that order and they could have never made that mistake - going even further to say if I had concerns of getting my order wrong I should have made sure to get the original receipt. It wasn’t until threatening to call customer service and speaking with their manager the next day that I was finally given a refund, but then on the way out of the door I witnessed the entire team circle together to laugh at us and throw their hands up at us on our way out. This fiasco could have easily been fixed with an apology and remaking the order. Getting a refund had almost solved it for me until realizing we were made into a laughing stock for their remaining dining room customers and the workers...
Read moreCame here tonight and got my usual Chulupa combo. I asked for easy sour cream. When I arrived home, the food didn't have any sour cream or tomatoes! When I called back and spoke with Michelle, she informed me that I'd have to bring the food back tomorrow in order to get it remade. So now I have to go back out the house to get something to eat when I didn't plan on it. Michelle stated that this is the policy of the RGM Sam and that each location is different. I wasn't planning on eating the food anyway since it's not made properly. I'm more upset that I have to venture back out for a meal when the one I purchased should have been correct.

I get my food and im,missing food and the food I did get was crushed into a ball. I went in and complained and they wanted to charge me for the food they forgot. I said I wanted my food re-made and I'm not paying for the food you guys forgot. I tried to explain the situation to the manager but then the manager starts yelling at me. I also saw a employee with his sleeves up like a sleeveless shirt, and he had his hands in his pants scratching his junk.
