I rarely give places a 1 star review. It’s harsh. But I feel compelled to, and hope that management will read this and help make positive changes. I’ve eaten here a total of 5 times now, and have been severely disappointed 4 out of those 5 times, hence the 1 star. I always tend to order burritos of some kind, and it seems like the employees making the food just slop ingredients together in any way they can and call it a day. One time, I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and all it had inside was the bean mash and sauce, nothing else. It was disgusting. I couldn’t eat it. Another time, they made it so that all the rice and cheese was at one end of the burrito, and all the beef/beans/sauce were on the other. Biting into a burrito with just beans and sauce was disgusting, like way too salty, liquidy and just…highly unpleasant. It feels like there is no care and consistency put into making their food. There was only ONE day where I went and the food was pretty good. It tasted inviting and it felt like the way the food was prepared followed some magical equation that resulted in good tasting food. The rest of the days were pretty awful. I know what people are probably thinking, it’s Taco Bell, why does he care so much. And that’s exactly why I do care. It’s supposed to be cheap (ish), relatively mindless, comfort food and, after a long day, sometimes you just want solid tasting Taco Bell. Hopefully, things will get better with time, but for now, I’d rather make the drive to South Salem or some other Taco...
Read moreThis might sound ridiculous, but I consider myself somewhat of a Taco Bell connoisseur. I love Taco Bell, and I have been looking forward to this Taco Bell opening FOREVER so that I no longer have to drive to South Salem or Dallas.
Unfortunately that's exactly what I'm gonna have to end up doing. I have eaten there multiple times since opening, just to ensure that I'm not being overly critical based on a single Taco Bell experience. The result has been the same each time. The food tastes horrible. I get that it's a new location, perhaps the employees haven't been properly trained or something. But the food truly is the worst out of any Taco Bell I have been to. It's usually incredibly dry and poorly constructed. They often make mistakes on the order, and sometimes just give you whatever they feel like giving you.
It just tastes bad. How disappointing after waiting so long for it to open.
You, Taco Bell, should have been a...
Read moreI don’t come to this Taco Bell very often. I’ve maybe been here 5 times. Tonight was the second time they gave my order to the wrong person. I waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes after being told my order is being made. After waiting so long a lady told me they don’t have my order. I showed them proof of my order. Gave them my order number. She told me that they never received my order and I need to reach out to customer service to cancel and then replace the order. She said there is nothing they can do. She was rude. It wasn’t until someone from the back spoke up and said that they already made my order. Turns out they gave it to the wrong person. She didn’t even apologize. She had another person give me my order. I will say I feel like what I assume is the lead tonight did a wonderful job. I will not be returning to this...
