If you can help it...stop at a different subway!
Update: Nov. 2024. Still give this location a try every now and then hoping to get get food. But oh no...this time they didn't microwave or toast after I said yes please do. I get home and it's like eating gross leftovers. I can't believe I keep giving them chances.
I live very close yet I will now be going to another location. Repeatedly, the sweet onion teriyaki chicken has no sauce on it (ok I will remember every time to ask to see it first). But then the kicker came today as I asked for a large drink, since I paid with a coupon meal deal...I had to get a small drink. (Ok) How much to upgrade to large? $2.99! Isn't that the price of a whole new drink? Yes! No sorry I told them, I just want to upgrade. (I had already dropped my remainder into the tips as I always do.). Nope, can't do it they said. Then I politely asked if I could just have the large drink as it really is not much difference as I was leaving and not getting any refills. I get home disappointed now to taste the soda only to know the mellow yellow is flat or all CO2.
I couldn't really believe they couldn't let me upgrade. Get better service and food at the other locations, they have never let me down once. Can't say the same for here...

I visit subway at this location often and have been told, a few times, that it's buy one get one sub all day Thursday (national sub day), even without coupon. I told my friend so, as she went to pick up subs for our families. She got charged the original price with no discount because no one had mentioned it to her and she assumed it was going to be on reciept. I called and got questioned by the owner "well did she get a soda?, did she ask for discount? Was it this location? " She had purchased $30 of subs and if she would've bought a soda she could've gotten the deal. He did say we could go back for A free sub ( really?? We bought 5)! The worker, Amanda, appeared to be alone in the restaurant manning everything; making sandwiches, adding toppings, answering phones, and checking people out. I visited during the lunch rush, so there was quite a line. Amanda was so efficient at everything and kept the line moving, all with a smile on her face. I was truly impressed at how quick, patient and friendly she was given the circumstances. She was fast moving from station to station while being mindful to follow hygiene protocol of washing hands, taking off gloves while handling phones and cash register, putting new gloves on, etc...
