-first off, employee came from the back room and put on gloves without washing his hands. No big deal but kinda gross. Read moreOrdered 2x footlong subs on the app and said it would be done in 15mins. Went shopping for about 20mins assuming for sure it would be ready for pick-up by then. Nope, apparently they forgotten or were to busy to get it ready. The app even said it was ready for pick up but my receipt order was just sitting there on the counter after the employee looked around. The employee did get started on the order but it did take another 10mins to get done. What's the point on ordering on the app then if they're just servicing only the people physically there?

I wasn’t greeted instead they kept looking at each other laughing then looking at me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable however I noticed the woman behind me was greeted and treated kindly. I have never had any issues at this location before. I was already having a pretty rough day and the experience with them made it even worse. I just called up there to speak to the manager and one of them answered the phone saying the manager wasn’t there and asked why I was calling.
