Eat'n Park — Restaurant in Monongahela

I need to brag about how absolutely WONDERFUL the manager Tammy is.

The short version of this story is that I placed an order through the Eat N’ Park app, to which DoorDash was dispatched. DoorDash first delivered the wrong order, and after 2 hours of back and forth never sent another driver to retrieve the correct order or process a refund.

Throughout this entire experience, I was in communication with the manager Tammy and I cannot begin to express how wonderful of a person she is. She was so incredibly kind, friendly, and when DoorDash refused to send another driver, she personally drove to my house to hand deliver the order.

I felt so terrible about the whole ordeal because I hate to be the one to say something was wrong with my order, but I cannot speak highly enough about Tammy and how much I appreciate her.

DoorDash can count their days (LOL) but I will forever make sure to continue going to this location, and hope to see Tammy...

went on Thursday in between funeral services. there was about 20 of us. we arrived in groups of 3 or 4. about 15 minutes apart. I was the first order and it was cheese Burge fries. 45 minutes later it comes out. cold and so did about.8 other burgers. some were so dry they had to be sitting for hours. the waitress mikela was great. her personality and service.was by far the best I've had in long time. she is the only reason I give any stars. she needs to be acknowledged. not sure if name is spelled correctly. some orders were cancelled and manager offered to adjust bill but I already paid. she gives a lame excuse kitchen technical problems. it's a hamburger don't lie to me like I'm stupid. the burgers were fully cooked. just serval hours before. the manager was a joke like most places but the staff was good . especially mikela. I hope you actually do something about this but most companies...

Whenever we place a take-out order, we ask that it be read back. The people who take the orders are usually correct and polite, (and most of the waitresses are hard-working and polite) but the cooks makes LOTS of mistakes on the orders. We have gotten uncooked taco bowls, chicken salads with no chicken in it (and were then told that they were out of chicken while charging us for it) Had meatless marinara sauce substituted for meat sauce, French fries all throughout salads that we requested contain no fries for someone who can't eat them, (yes, mistakes happen, but I'm putting this in with the others as one of many), had no sides with orders, and Rosemary chicken with no sauce. The food is good when cooked correctly, (in restaurant, and take-out) but everything has to be checked, because this restaurant can't be trusted to get the...
