This was the worst experience that I ever had at a Marco's Pizza ๐ ๐ ๐คฎ๐คฌ I order the pizza ๐ @ 4:50pm and the guy asked me ,"pickup or delivery"? So I told 'em "delivery " then I gave 'em my address. Then I told 'em extra large old world pepperoni w/ triple garlic crust & a 20oz MD. So he said, "about an hour or so". So I lost track of time then when was done being busy I noticed it was 6:24pm. Then when I was getting ready to call Marco's called me to see when I was going to pick up the ๐ pizza. I told ๐ค pickup?? It's a delivery!!๐ก๐คฌ Then he said, " it'll be 1st one out". So 30 mins later I call to find out an ETA on delivery and the girl said, "it's going out soon". So I told her just leave the pizza ๐ there I'll come pick it up. So I arrived and she let the pizza ๐ go!!!! So I had to wait 20 minutes to get the wrong pizza ๐ ๐ made!!! I order extra large w/ old world pepperoni and triple garlic crust & got a large pepperoni & meat ball w/ parmesan cheese. ย ย ย Read moreEvery time I call they answer the phone not with a "Hello" or any kind of greeting. All you get is some one answering the phone with a passive aggressive "please hold" and then immediately placed on hold for several minutes before you end up having to hang up.
And when you DO get someone, they are out of, or have none of, half the things you want to order. (This has happened several times). The person who answered the phone today couldn't have come off any more uninterested or any less friendly than she did. Obviously has no respect for customers or interested in giving an at least half decent experience.
No one else has the pizza bowl and I can't eat bread so that's THE ONLY reason I still do business with them. The food is usually pretty good and that's the only reason they got two stars instead of one.
The employee answering the phone today needs to at least pretend as though she's half interested in giving an at least lackluster customer experience instead of the terrible one she seems so...

I called the store and the lady who answered tried to pass it off as melted cheese then left me on hold with the phone still on so I could hear them talking about how they were not raw but offered to look at them and remake them if we brought them back. When we got to the store they acknowledged that they were raw and remade them and threw in a brownie. We got home a second time and 4 out of the 5 were still raw. I called back the woman said that unfortunately she spoke to the general manager and โSHEโ said they could only offer 50% of my order as store credit because they know they were cooked even though they were not cut open in anyway.
