Customer service has never been their strong suit at this location or the other one. However their doughnuts are delicious and cakes are good too. I always get cakes from here and have never been disappointed until August. I ordered a sheet cake and a dozen doughnuts &spent over 100.00. I was very specific with the cake. When I picked it up they made a 1/2 sheet cake. I was told monica would call and I would get a refund for the difference in pricing. That never happened. No call from any one. That's a big price difference. Then I ordered 2 cakes a couple weeks ago and when I got there I was super disappointed. The 1/4 sheet cake looked nothing like what we discussed and the colors were wrong. They even had a pic of the cake my daughter wanted. She cried the whole way home.(it was her sweet 16)The lady said sorry but it still looks nice&and theres no decorators here to fix it. She also stuck her nose into my conversation with my daughter when I said we could go to Kroger to get the cake she originally wanted&said unfortunately I would still have to charge you for the cake. I told her nicely that I would call the credit card company and they would side with me. She didn't like that. I was told monica would call to see if this matter could be fixed and again no calls. Monicas is AMAZING! You are missing out if you have never been there. I have been a loyal customer for 3yrs. Only once have I had an employee be sort of grouchy. I imagine she was just having a bad day. Other than that, the employees, bakery and business is Phenomenal! They have cookies, donuts, rice crispy treats,cupcakes,cakes,special cakes and deserts. Not to mention the stuff you can order. My favorite bakery by far. Today I came in to see if I could get a cake made for my mother's 60th birthday. The team helped me find this beautiful Cookies and Cream with cherrys 🍒 and whipped cream frosting on top. The cake is beautiful and was very friendly on the wallet. This was a specialty Cake and I payed under 30 dollars. To me that's a steal! Words can't describe it. Some of my favorites from there are the pumpkin roles, and the raisin cookies. So soft and scrumptious!😻 ❤️ They have something for everyone and they do alot of business. So, go out and support your local business, because it's a win/win for everyone. Ordered my daughters marshmallow birthday cake here. Expressed how important it was that I had it done exactly like it showed in the picture. Not too hard for anyone that knows who DJ Marshmallow is. Just a white round cake with black eyes an mouth. I told them that it had to be fondant for the black eyes an mouth, the lady I placed my order with told me there wouldn't be a problem. However she never wrote it down on the order form. I didn't realize this till I was already on my way home, so I call them to make sure it got wrote down on my order. The lady told me she would do it right away so I let it go. My mother called and paid for the cake the day before I was picking it up when my mother told me what she paid I knew right away the cake wasn't going to be right so I call there and ask them about it. They then told me they spoke to someone about cake the day before an let them know they didn't have the fondant. I NEVER received or called and talked to anyone regarding my cake. So I was upset and told them the cakes already paid for so I guess I get whatever you make. I pick my cake up and there's he's all in the frosting g and the 2 eyes don't even match if I could post...
