Order is always bagged incorrect even after repeating order. You never get a receipt to be able to do satisfaction survey. Just went for breakfast the other day and after pleading for receipt I was then told to pull up to window 2 to wait for drinks and oatmeal to be prepared. The drinks were 1 O.J. 1med coffee with 6 cream and one sugar, 1 med coffee black. I also got big breakfast, mcgriddle meal.. After over 10 min wait. I was handed a back 2 drinks and was told have a good day. I asked for my 2nd coffee, the manager said I only ordered 1 and said I'll get you a free one and seemed angry. I showed him receipt where it showed drink upgrade charge for mcgriddle meal premium roast 6 cream 1 sugar and separate charge for premium roast. He looked blank and said its both just one. I said how if two charges then he acted like he only spoke Spanish. I am Hispanic and spoke in Spanish and asked him the same? He then said the monitor doesn't match receipt at times. He never apologized for getting angry and acting like he was doing me a favor for something I paid for. I proceeded to pull off then noticed they forgot to put big breakfast and Oatmeal in bag. As I reversed, he came out with additional bag and said it's the staff fault and he just hands out what they give him. To make matters worse, the Oatmeal was dry and less then half way up cup. Do Not Even Waste Your Time or Money!!! I got all of the above on my dash...
Read moreBrand new McD's, right on Route 33 (Westbound Direction), and sharing a low-cost gasoline station at the other end of the parking lot (PRO Tip: Gas here is priced the same, whether cash or credit card), and the competitor Wawa across the street serves to keep prices rock-bottom.
Regarding McDonalds, its not yet 6 months old, and you can see the "newness" in the architecture and open spaces (really) on the property. However, the menu board is static, and doesn't display what you've ordered, or how much any of it costs (weird -- that's a staple at most other McDonald's drive-thrus). Also, the service speed at the drive thru window is a "sporadic" -- sometimes very fast, other times much slower, with traffic backing up into the two drive-thru order lanes. There seems to be a staff retention problem at this location more-so than other Central New Jersey fast-serve restaurants, which would explain the sporadic service standards. Anyway, it gets points regardless for "easy-off, easy-on" access to Route 33, ensuring a fast pit stop and little added overall time to your journey, and its location west of the traffic signal is also another...
Read moreNever coming to this McDonald’s again , like yesterday me and my sister had just came from a very nice nature walk, but then when I went inside McDonald’s to just order two large cups, JUST ONLY TWO LARGE CUPS and yes i was on a huge rush because it was getting dark out , I paid for those cups, told them that I had to get hurrying like what kind of friggin fast food service is this??? And you know what? The McDonald’s new motto should be, “I’m not lovin it” because clearly McDonald’s employees really have no respect and priority with proper training for customers with what WE DESERVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF THATS NOT WHAT YOU WANNA SERVE US THEN RETURN OUR HARD EARNED MONEY SIMPLE 🤣 AT LEAST I GIVE THIS ONE STAR FOR THIS KIND AND NICE GIRL WHO CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THAT MY TIME IS MONEY AND GOT THE DRINKS WE TRULY DESERVE . But then again, I don’t recommend coming to this restaurant because they also choose their preferred people to go first than just pickup people. And realizing that every restaurant has their own preferences, I think I feel VERY welcome at Popeyes at least they know how to handle HIGH MAINTENANCE...
