Nick's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Monroe Township

I have been ordering from Nick’s for YEARS. I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. I looked at the receipt and I was charged for a pepperoni pizza. I called Nick’s to let them know and to give them the chance to make it right and they couldn’t have cared less. They began the convo by letting me know if I wanted replacement pizza I was going to have to wait a while because there were other orders and they were backed up. I was also given the option of being offered credits for JUST the cost of the topping. There was just zero accountability for the mistake and no one even took the time to apologize. I can’t even imagine the amount of money have spent at Nick’s over the years, but this will be the last time. Zero empathy or appreciation for the customer. I try to support local non-chain businesses, but I doubt a chain would have treated me this poorly. If you order from Nick’s, you can expect better than average food. Just don’t expect them to care if you have an issue or to do anything about it. And certainly, do not expect your business...

Once again they got my order wrong. Called to inform them my order was wrong. Got attitude from employee. Blamed person who took order was new. Also was told of you don't like it don't come back. Went to pick up right order. Filed complaint with manager. She asked if I gave the employee attitude. I told her I'm mad because I had to drive 30 minutes round trip to pick up right order so yes I'm upset.when I advised her of my complaint, she said we mad your order correct and she had the attitude by stating if you don't like what we do don't come back. Which I won't. I'll drive 20 minutes each way to go to nick's pizza in clyton nj. There the appreciate their customers and never get the order wrong. I just wanted to give nick's pizza another chance. I will not go back there again and hope they go out of business with their bad attitude and customer service. The manager should go for training on how to treat customers. With her attitude, the business should go out of business. Not the same as they use to be. Don't go to that business. Their large round pizza is a medium at best. I paid $22 and change for a medium they call a large with an order of fries. It's always been small, but $22 for that little pizza and fries today is just ludicrous to me.

I've never been so thirsty in my entire life. Seriously! When I say thirsty, that's an understatement! I drank so much after eating their pizza, I had to resort to ice chips because my belly couldn't hold any more water. I know that's laughable to people reading, but it's true and one of the reasons I rarely eat here for pizza. Twice a year or less.
