Arby's — Restaurant in Monroe

Not sure who the older man was working the intercom tonight (Wednesday 9/14 around 9:40pm) but I didn’t order attitude… first, when I was trying to order through the drive thru, he kept cutting me off and trying to rush me through my order. I get to the window and had a coupon through the app that I was planning to use. I showed him the coupon but he said he couldn’t read it because he doesn’t have his glasses. I turned it towards myself to read it to him and he was getting ready to yell as I read it. Since I was flustered after being rushed, I clicked the wrong one so he yelled “you didn’t get that”. It’s what I ordered at the intercom but not what I got. I also ordered a shake but he didn’t put it in. I usually try a place again after a bad experience because I understand that people sometimes have bad days, but this is around the fifth time I’ve had issues. I was excited that we finally had one in Monroe and hadn't had a chance to try it out. My fiancee and I stopped in for a bite while doing some gift shopping (on a bit of a deadline due to limited babysitting time). We tried it figuring we would have plenty of time to sit down and eat, but 25 mins later our food still hadn't come. The employees behind the counter saw we were waiting and didn't bother to look into it until I finally went up and told them we now needed it to go because we had to get going. Turns out the food had just been sitting back there for who knows how long and nobody had bothered to see who it should go to... while the food was decent, not terribly hot by then, I was surprised that we weren't offed so much as an apology for the whole ordeal. I have not been back and don't plan on it. Whether it's from like of training or concern in general, I don't know... granted it's fast food, so I don't expect 4 star service, but I do expect better than that...

Extremely displeased with our visit tonight... we ordered four combo meals, had two requests that differed from the way they come, one with bacon on the side, the other with mozzarella sticks instead of curly fries... you would have thought we had asked them to figure out the solution for world hunger... they were busy, but it was a typical dinner rush busy, nothing crazy... the three grand turkey club sandwiches were cold, like not had been sitting out room temp cold, like the meat never got warmed up out of the refrigerator cold... they are usually nice and warm... the smokehouse sandwich was also cold, again not room temp, it was cold... it took a good 10-12 minutes for them to prepare our order, not exactly what I would call “fast food”, only to get COLD food... this location is new and I’m sure there are new employees but they need to...
