Just Wings of Georgia — Restaurant in Monroe

I left a bad review for Just Wings on their Facebook page and they called me a liar and told me to keep my mouth shut. When my bf and I went for lunch (had a 30 min break) we ordered and was told food was ready in 15 min. Since no one had common courtesy to tell us it wouldn't be much longer, it seemed longer (like 30 min). However, we got the food and left and when we finally went to eat it, the wings were overcooked, there was "flavor" in the wings but it tasted plain. The fries were soggy and I wasn't impressed at all. When I posted the review, I was told the cameras showed it took 19 minutes for my order and they didn't like people spreading lies. If I didn't say anything about the time, there would be no comeback. No apologies, no "sorry about that", just get insults and called a liar on their BUSINESS page. Their way of customer service is checking cameras to disprove you and then belittle you when you post your review, which is why reviews are there. IS THAT HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BY A BUSINESS? HAVING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY BEING CALLED A LIAR AND TO KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE? I'm telling everyone I know about this piss poor...

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice and then I let you fool me a third time? I'm the idiot. First time, you charged my CC twice for the order. Instead of making it easy and refunding to my card you said that I had to come back when a manager was in to give me cash. Even when I told you that I lived 20+ miles away, it didn't matter. 2nd time ordered online, arrived 25 minutes after ordering and my order wasn't even started. No customers in the place and was told that I should have either called or put a note on my order that I was coming so soon! I'm sorry, what? 3rd time, again ordered online. Order said it would be ready in a maximum 20 minutes, I ordered at 7pm, showed up at 7:30 (10 min after the "ready" time) and they said it would be ready at 8! Wait, what? Was told again, sorry our internet may have gone down and delayed the order. I guess I am more mad at myself for thinking your service and wings would be better on the 3rd try. Get your stuff together and learn how to run a business. At least this time you gave me a cash refund on the spot, you got 1...

This was my second visit. Again I ordered 10 wings mild with ranch , fries and a drink. $12.94. Again health rating as posted on this date 98%. Again the wings where not BIG as advertised in the front window but where average size and very tasty. I have eaten wings all over the country from NYC to LA and there "are" bigger wings. Ranch sauce was nothing special (out of a contains I suspect). Fries where much better this time. The restaurant was clean and friendly. All in all 7.5 out of 10. It was good. I will return.
