Update Feb 2020: they replaced the order with fresh food and the correct number of everything.
Update Jan 2020: I did the survey on the back of the receipt within a week of going here, I elected to have someone contact me in regards to this visit. No one did. About 2 weeks after the survey I got an email asking about how did our customer service department take care of your issue, I went to link in the email and said no one had contacted me about it. It said to call their 1-800 number, so I did that. They took my information and said it would be escalated and someone would contact me. Close to 2 weeks later I follow up and I was told by a different representative that my case was closed because there was no contact information. I gave all my information again, I told the customer service person that I’ve been waiting for this to be resolved for almost a month now and I needed someone to contact me really by the end of the day because this has gone on so long. This was last Friday. I still haven’t been contacted by anyone in regards to this. This company is a freaking joke.
Original post December 2019: This Burger King is something else. Consistently poor service, rude, and inattentive staff. The location itself has been open for a few years and not only has it greatly messed up the parking lot the restaurant itself is in but since it’s opened it’s been in a running tie with another major chain fast food restaurant for the worst fast food place in Monroe. One time we stopped there for breakfast, and mind you this particular restaurant is in the parking lot of a major retailer, and they were out of eggs, but not only were they out of eggs but the drive thru cashier was very rude about it. But for me this was the final straw today and we will not return to this particular location after today. I go to the drive thru to get a family bundle with the coupon they send out in the mail, I was greeted and then told sorry they were short staffed today and not taking drive thru orders but that I could come in. So I went in, while inside the main person handling the drive thru was telling people the same thing but in a short, aggressive way without mentioning that they could come in, and in all honesty if it would’ve been that person I got in the drive through I would’ve just driven off, the way that person was talking was not courteous or even sounding like they wanted customers, the tone alone was enough to scare a potential customer off. Read moreIt was literally one car in front of me in drive thru it took them 10 minutes to take the person order. When I got to the speaker I asked to give me just one second to read the menu which I never should’ve done. Had to wait 10 minutes or more to place my order. When I was going to the window another vehicle came up behind me. I came around the person in front of me was still at the window we waited 10 more minutes finally turned off my car. The person in front turned their car off after 10 more minutes finally the drive thru window flies open and the person hands her the food. The person said I need my milkshake. The cashier looked confused and the poor person and me waited another 6 minutes meanwhile that poor person behind me at the speaker was still there waiting to order. When I finally got to the window I was in completely shock at the size of the 5 dollar meal drink it was a baby size (and that’s being kind) whooper jr. was smaller than the palm of my hand and the additional sandwich that I ordered was not in the bag. I asked one of the workers about it and of course it wasn’t rung up properly. When I asked to pay the girl had to wait on the other person who was finally taking the order of the person who came behind me. I finally waved and said never mind and left. When I was leaving the parking lot that poor car behind was just now pulling around to the window. I only go to Burger King once or twice a year now this is why. Never again...
Read moreHonestly this Burger King deserves negative stars. I ordered through the drive through, paid at the first window pulled to the second window,was handed my drink and told to pull forward. There was no room to pull forward much seeing as there was another car in front of me so I said I would pull across to one of the parking spots. I waited close to 15 minutes before a worker cel out to collect my receipt along with the other car that was also still waiting. About 7 minutes later the people that were waiting for their food finally received there food and drove off. I figured mine should be out soon after, I was wrong. It was about another 13 minutes before I got my order. I normally would not have waited around as long as I did but honestly I was really curious how long it would take them. Even though I was already majorly upset at the long wait. Then I became even more angry at the fact the manager themselves did not even have enough common decency to come out themselves and apologize for the extreme lengthy wait first off and offer something to entise me to try them again. But the spirit less manager sent one of the workers out instead with a sorry for your wait handed me my food and ran off. Then what really through me way over the edge was when I got home and was giving everyone there food all the burgers were wrong. Never again will I visit this store. I don't think they will last long . Soon to be out of business....
