This location has become lazy and entitled. If I had to guess, it stems from the top down. Poor management that leads to bad morale and ultimately poor customer service with a bad attitude served with a ''my pleasure'' fake plastered smile. Doesn't matter if you say my pleasure, if your attitude and customer service are subpar and not sincere.
They will no longer take ''special requests'' at this location. Even by app/mobile order. I have a food allergy, and have always asked for no butter sauce on my chicken mini's for breakfast. My wife went to pick it up one morning after we always use mobile ordering to save them and others time in drive through and was met with an attitude.
''This is the last time we do this...you can't order again with special requests!'' or something to that degree given with pure attitude. Instead of explaining a policy change and informing us, it was basically spit at my wife with a venomous attitude.
And don't get me wrong, I'm not one of these people who believe the customer is always right. I've been on both sides, I get it. They're trying to make it more efficient for the best drive through experience for the customer. So for people ordering ridiculous requests like ''1/4 of my cup I want sweet tea, 1/4 of it unsweet, 1/4 of it with lemonade, 3 extra this...4 of this'' or ''I want my chicken sandwich well done, I'd like the buns to be toasted'' type requests that ties up time for the order process, I understand.
I do believe reasonable food allergy requests should be at least considered. All I asked was to have 1 ingredient not added. It actually doesn't take anymore time, especially considering we have always done so by mobile order.
So this was told to us about 2 weeks ago, we've been through the drive thru a few times since, and do you think this not taking special requests have sped up the process? It absolutely has not. They're just as slow as before. Nothing has changed, minus their customer service.
To employee's or management reading, not that I believe you will care enough to read. It's always telling of the locations that remove the ''review'' portion on social media because it paints a true picture of the poor service at this specific location. Let me give you some perspective and ideas to actually improve the drive thru experience.
For starters, people ordering large orders for big family meals, company meals etc, should be immediately told to either move up ahead by the door to wait for their order, instead of tying up service at the window for people behind them. They should really be made to go inside to order. So if they can't be considerate enough to go inside, make them wait at the curb or in a spot and keep the line moving.
Secondly, use some logic and common sense for a change. If you've got employee's outside running orders in the drive thru line, get the simple orders out first. Example: My wife and I ordered just 2 Large Tea's...no food. We sat in the drive thru line for drinks, while we watched employee's deliver food to cars all the way around the building who are multiple cars back behind us. We sat and waited for just about every other car to get their food, while our drinks sat there at the window the entire time. Please make it make sense?!
Up until recently, I've always believed Chick-Fil-A was the embodiment of customer service and excellence. If I was a first time customer, and experienced this location, it would likely be my first and last experience. Thankfully I realize it is only this location. I hope this location gets their act together, but in 2022 with Customer Service being at an all time low with everyone living by the stupid belief in ''quiet quitting'' I don't have expectations that will happen...
Read moreThis location is run by some real clowns. So you quit taking special requests to ''speed'' things up for customers, and you're just as slow or slower than ever before. Please enlighten me how not taking special requests has ''improved'' the order and drive thru experience?
When I go through the drive thru at night for 2 sweet tea's....I'm having to wait for people BEHIND me...to get their food? Please enlighten me how that makes ANY logical sense?
Your drive thru boy, Kirk or Kurt...whatever the old man's name, doesn't matter. He's a real gem. Comes up to my car in a confrontational tone, ''you gotta pay!''. No other greeting, just a rude you have to pay! Come to find out, it was one of the cars behind me in line. And when I politely and calmly ask why cars behind me are getting MEALS before I get 2 simple drinks that have been sitting there at the window for minutes, he gets an attitude. 'We have a system'' - to which I calmly replied, seems like a broken system to me. He didn't take to kindly to that remark and venomously spit something snide comment back to imply I was wrong.
Anyone giving this location 5 stars must be on that meth. Please quit lying and or seek treatment, immediately. Nice try CFA...
Keep leaving fake reviews, and I'll start creating fake accounts for real reviews. Anytime a location like this CFA removes the ''review'' portion off their social media, you know it's a sh*t location....

I don’t know what’s going on with the Monroe Chick-fil-A, but this place is completely out of control. It’s Saturday morning, and I’ve been stuck in this drive-thru line for over 40 minutes — forty minutes — and it’s not even moving. Not a single employee is outside advancing on orders or directing traffic like you see at every other Chick-fil-A in America. It’s just chaos.
The line is backed up into a major highway, creating a serious safety hazard, and I’m honestly shocked there haven’t been wrecks yet. No cones, no organization, no one guiding cars — just a total free-for-all. Whoever’s managing this location clearly has no control over what’s happening.
And after all that waiting? My order was completely wrong and ice cold. After being trapped in line that long, the least you’d expect is a hot, accurate meal — but apparently, even that’s too much to ask here.
I already placed my order through the app, so I was locked into this disaster with no way to cancel or leave. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be known for their speed, accuracy, and friendly service — but this location is the exact opposite. It’s embarrassing, it’s dangerous, and it’s hands-down the worst-run Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.
If corporate ever needed a textbook example of how not to run a Chick-fil-A, this...
