Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Monroe

My bday was March 3rd & my son’s March 12th. Both of our cakes came from the monroe Baskin Robbins. Both were amazing. But both had their issues when it came to simply putting happy birthday and our name. My cake the happy birthday just looked like scribble and my sons his name was butchered. Again, they tasted great. But when you pay $40+ for a small icecream cake I believe you should be able to have a cake that not only taste good but also say “Happy Birthday” and people actually be able to read what it says. Went tonight to get 2 scoops of no sugar added pineapple coconut. 1 scoop in a bowl. I wentvthru the drivethru. I got home and went to give a family member their ice cream and it's not no sugar added coconut pineapple. They are a diabetic. They arecafraid to eat it . Didn't know if no sugar added. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because when I walked in the employees do not speak they just look at you. When I walk into a place of business before I even take 3 steps I want to be greeted. The ice cream is great but the customer service needs improvement.
