Only two stars based on recent experience. I work near and go often for breakfast mostly and its always been very good til recent. My order was incorrect and was over charged because of it. I didn't mine until i got to work & seen that my order was completely wrong I went from the wrong drink to the wrong food. I call they adv they would make it right by replacing next morning. I forgot and when i remembered i asked could i sub for something on lunch menu of equal value they said yes but the meal was not equal value from what was originally ordered. The credit they gave me for lunch was half of what i originally spent, but i was ok with it bc the food is normally good. So i got something i barely wanted to complete the order got it and it looked like a child's plate it was not worth asking to make could have gotten out of vending machine for cheaper. Read moreGood Morning, I just received the worst service from the manager at the location in Monroe. My order was incorrect and I requested a refund. I was told no refund but she can add Avocado. I said I would like a refund, the young slammed the window... Another older sweet lady returned and refunded my money. I have never been treated that way at Coffee Bean. We usually order breakfast for our company meetings from Coffee Bean. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated today. The young lady seems so unhappy with her job and helping people. Read moreI enjoy the food here, because it’s not greasy like the local fast food restaurants however their daily lunch specials are always the same thing and they never seem to update it to anything new. Their prices seem expensive for a lunch special. I just spent $20 on a $9.99 lunch special, side salad, & tea. Their prices could be cheaper and more affordable.
