I am very disappointed in the service today! I have purchased from Marble quite a few times and never had bad service like this. I absolutely love the quality of the ice cream and the service has been good every time until today. The server came from the back rushing when there was absolutely no one in the store but my husband and I. It’s seems as if we interrupted her peace and annoyed her to be there. As I tried ordering, she was very short and kept walking off. I felt like she wasn’t listening and when she made my husband’s order, it proved to be exactly what I suspected, she didn’t listen. She gave us the wrong cone, we ordered butterfinger and she put the ice cream in a plain cone. When she handed over the cone, I told her it was wrong and should have been a butterfinger cone instead. She just looked and did not apologize as if she cared less. She even had to ask me for my order again and that is when I walked off. I was very disgusted in her behavior and did not want to purchase anything else. I was so upset, I almost walked out of the store without paying for the ice cream cone.
It was ok that she made a mistake on the order, and my husband definitely could care less as he started to eat it. But it was her attitude and demeanor. We all have bad days but if you are going to work in public food service you have to adjust and know when to smile even when you feel like crying. You never know what the other person you are serving may be going through as well. A rotten apple spoils the whole bunch. Read moreWe have made 2 attempts to go to this location and each time the hours worked are not listed. Tonight, Sunday March 10, 2024 myself and another family literally had the door close on us. Online says the hours are until 9pm and the sign on the door says 8pm. Well, at 745pm the doors were locked and a young lady was literally squatted down holding the door. I called as I sat in the parking lot and the the gentlemen at store answered and gave very confusing answer that said they close based on business. (There were 4-5 people in there so maybe business was to good?) I gues they did not want business from my family of 4 and the other family of 5 that pulled up...

We were VERY rushed. i understand wanting to clock out on time BUT YOU WANTED THE BUSINESS! the ice cream was okay, i didn’t end up getting what i asked for because like i said. they can’t speak english properly.
