Came here to have lunch, I went through the drive in to order my food. First I told the lady that I needed a second to decide on my order. After finally deciding to order I say "okay I'm ready to order", I sat there waiting for a response but sat in silence for over minute before I hear a woman say " you can place your order", okay? How am I supposed to know that someone is listening when you never responded. After that I start ordering my bandito salad asking if sour cream or tomatoes was on it. I requested that they add nacho cheese to my salad. The lady informed me that they are not allowed to add cheese on top. I pull around to ask the lady why in the world wouldn't they be able to add cheese on top? She proceeds to tell me that I'm dumb and that I need to be slapped for asking that, she stated that they could do that she was playing with me because I was asking too many questions about my food. I was so thrown off by being told this by an employee. Jokingly or not that's never okay for an employee to act like that. After that incident I leave to go pickup my debit card, an return within five minutes. I told the girl I would return shortly to have my salad and I would pay for it. So I get back the salad was not made, which I can understand but for her to talk to me in the manner she did was very rude. The girl starts making the salad, an the rude employee says to me " I told you she wasn't gonna put it on there", I responded and asked why not to which she replied an says "ask her". The girl who was actually making the food, I asked her why couldn't she put it on my salad. She tells me that it goes on the side and that I need to put it on top. At this point I am beyond fustrated and responded to her asking if they are gonna put her in cheese jail? Then she tells me that's it gonna go all through the box and that's why she's refuses to do it. Why in the world would I not be able to order my food as I want it regardless of cheese coming through the box. The lady then grabs my taco salad with her hands exposed and starts pouring cheese over the salad. I was so disgusted by it that I just ended up throwing the food away. I cannot believe that anyone would have employees run there business and say stuff that they did all over asking questions/wanting my food how I like it. I just hope that someone in management gets ahold of their employees before they say the wrong thing to the wrong person. Customer service is just as important as the...
Read moreI've went to taco bandito since I was probably 15. My visit that night wasn't so pleasant. Took a good 5-7 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were there. Even when we step closer and closer to the counter. There was at least 5 employees. Not one said hello or ill be right with you. Nothing. Which I find very aggravating. I've worked at a fast food and dine in restaurants. I know the most important thing with customer service is your CUSTOMERS you greet them as they walk in. And if busy just let them know I'll be right with you. And finish what your doing. Then go take care of the customer. Or most places will tell you to stop greet take the order then go back to what you were doing. So yeah. I wasnt happy. Then I get my food. Meat enchilada and a soft taco ez lettuce. My meat enchilada looked like it lost way too much weight. Meaning it looked like hardly anything in my plate. Very skimpy. I usually am full half way thru. So the cashier turned and asked the worker preparing the orders to let me view the orturnitive i could get instead of the regular cheese. He turned with a frowned face. Saying " what? " She repeated her statement. He walked to the pot. Dipped some up, with a little additude as if this wasting his time. Im seeing person after person walking up after me receiving orders. Finally the person working the window, noticed the man hadn't fixed my order after me just standing for maybe 15 minutes. She prepaired my order then brought it to his attention, that he didn't do my order. He didn't apologize to me didn't even look over at me. His pants were hanging below his butt.
