A lot of these complaints seem to be based off ignorance on the customers part purely because they donât know how the business works. Customers are pulled up even when thereâs no one behind you because you food is likely getting ready. Simply put, if youâre order has to cook you have to pull up. DUH! Also the employees have told me several times their lobby opens at 11 not 10:30. Back when I was working fast food if we didnât have enough people on the clock we couldnât open the lobby, maybe think about the 3 people working inside who can only spread themselves so thin. Also if you see thereâs 10 people all waiting for ice cream in the lobby, why order the Ice cream and complain about it??? đ If you knew itâs a wait why would you be angry, you got yourself in that situation. And to stay on that topic going inside doesnât make your food come out faster. If thereâs 5 workers in the store when youâre waiting in the drive through, thereâs gonna be 5 when you go inside. CLEARLY! đđAlso ordering to go inside wonât make it faster either, in that business they tend to go by when itâs ordered. Always remember that if you go somewhere when itâs busy, that the workers are already doing their 100% and you do not go above or before another customer. Speaking of that I saw someone complain about a mobile order, when I worked fast food mobile orders are made when you get here, you donât skip the line whatsoever. Because if they made your large fries 30 minutes ago when it showed up you would complain about it being cold. But instead you wait a half an hour later during the lunch rush, when they have to make more, to come. On that same note delivery apps most likely donât get served faster than regular customers, again the make it when you get there, maybe not the ice cream cause they always get it out fast when Iâve DoorDashed. I donât think I saw anyone say this but I feel like it needed to be said, why would you go somewhere that closes 20 minutes or less, and be mad youâre canât really get anythingâŚâŚTbh I wouldnât give you anything either, especially after they cleaned the machines. OH! And fast food employees donât care you were in the drive through before they closed, you got in the line seeing it was long, and stayed there SEEING IT WAS LONG. đ Why should they have to stay longer because you âwaited so longâ these are probably teenagers and young adults with school and stuff in the morning đđ Oh yea and maybe their machines turn off after they close I mean yâall gotta think about this stuff.    Read moreDQ does not offer a lot of menu options but what they do offer has stood the test of time. How can you go wrong with a cheeseburger, fries, & a thick, creamy milkshake? My personal favorite is the steak finger basket which includes steak fingers of course, crispy french fries with a fluffy interior, buttered texas toast, & creamy milk gravy to dip it all in. Then there's my daughter's favorite, the chicken strip basket which is identical to the steak finger basket with the exception of the chicken. Both are very good. Those are just 3 of the available menu items but the best in my opinion. I also think that it's really great & harkens back to good old-fashioned customer service that you're given a number when you place your order to put @ the edge of your table. The same number is written on your order before being handed off to the kitchen. When your food is ready they deliver it to your table, matching the numbers. They've been doing it that way since I was a child. A long time ago, lol. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Too bad a lot of other things haven't been done that way. Last but certainly not least, the ice cream. Lots of different treats are available. Treats on sticks, in bowls, in glasses, even sliced treats in the form of ice cream cakes.    Read moreGood food but rude service I caught the person at the window trying to steal from the store. I was charged an exorbitant amount for a small blizzard and a dipped cone. When I looked at my receipt it wasn't my order so I asked the guy who brought me my food to bring me the right receipt. Shortly after the same woman took my order and gave me the receipt came out and said that she didn't ring up my order (red flag) and that if I wanted my receipt I would have to pay two more dollars because she didn't ring up the right order so in order to keep her from being able to steal I told her I would pay the $2 and to bring me my receipt. Once our got the receipt about 10 minutes later I started to piece this back together and I realized that not only had they overcharged me but she had done that in order to try and take the money That's the only explanation that fits. Why would she take my order then give me somebody else's receipt and charge me what was on that receipt and then when I ask for my right receipt she tells me I will have to pay more if I want what's up with that how can a small lizard and one dipped cone cause more than a whole family meal so if anybody goes there there reads this make sure and check your receipt make sure that you're charged the right amount and most of all I hope they catch her in the act because I don't...
