Purchased an $800 radio that came out to be close to $1500 once installed, but I was ok with the price cause the salesman promised it would do the things I want. Waited 2 hours once installed me and the installer went through it I was told they didn't have and parts in stock to make XM radio work and that I would have to come back and get it at a later date which I was fine with that. Then the installer started showing me all the functions of the unit which most didn't even work. He had no explanation. I plugged my I phone to the unit and it surged on and off, installer said "it was my phone that was the problem" so when I went home I plugged my wife's iphone into the unit and it fried it ($400 phone ruined) by this time I was furious not only did the $1500 radio not work but it also ruined my wife's phone. Called the owner and advised I wanted this radio taken out and have my old radio put back in which they did but charged me $300 for install. This is bad business!!!!!! I didn't even asked for them to reimburse me on the phone the radio destroyed I just wanted to have my old radio put back in and give me a full refund, Well they kept $300..... The owner Keith seems to be a good guy but he trusts in his employees a little to much. I bought a a new truck and bought it there for a new touch screen deck. They sold me one and we scheduled a day for installation. They ended up haveing to keep my truck over night to install a radio and I paid for 100+ worth of adapters. I have had nothing but problems with the radio since then I brought it back at least 3 times.
