I ALWAYS come to this Starbucks because they are always friendly and fast, but I'm not sure what happened today. Yesterday when ordering the same two drinks I always get, they were out of caramel, which is NOT the first time they have been out. So, we switched it up and ordered a pumpkin frap with white mocha drizzle. There were no problems from the employees, and the drink was wonderful. TODAY when I ordered my drinks (pumpkin frap with white mocha, and an ice white mocha) they told me they couldn't add the white mocha to the frap in any sort of way because they don't have a button for it on their register, (yet there is the option on the mobile app??). They were also out of caramel AGAIN. So, we decided to just get my Grande ice white mocha with an extra shot and no whip. The drink was TERRIBLY BITTER, and it usually is NOT. My fiancé and I were so frustrated we went to the Forsythe location. We ordered my drink again, except no ice because I'm saving it, and his Caramel Ribbon Crunch, the employee even offered to add extra caramel drizzle (he had to have known something lol). When we got up to the window, I asked the drive thru employee if we ordered any kind of drink, could we add white mocha to it, and she said "Of Course!" and proceeded to tell me different ways I could add it. It's safe to say we will not be going back to this location; They will not be getting our business and our generous tips anymore. Read moreThere is an African American guy thats a bully to other staff members...he continues to pull their leg over and over....almost harass some stuff... it doesn't seem right...it seems like uncomfortable for me....to sit and study.....I can't just turn a silent eye to it....some of the management there seems to be silent about this...and let this go....it seems rude, unfriendly and not nice for this gentleman to be doing this constantly often...and get away with it.... he also goes on to go a long way to be extra nice...laughs a lot...and asks them if they are okay...they should not allow such treatment and bullying to go on as normal....I won't be surprised if others at the coffee shop Starbucks feel the same way....and share the sentiment that they get picked on unfairly....please look into this...Starbucks is better than that. Read moreI ordered Starbucks at this location in the app and I placed it like 2 minutes before getting there. And we get in the drive thru and say we have an order and they said “you just placed this order so you’ll probably have to drive back around in the drive thru” And there’s someone in front of us. So I’m like…I just got a tall matcha frappe so it’s not that big of a deal right? We wait a few minutes for the person in front to get their order, as expected. We pull up and they say we have to pull around?! But honestly…what is the difference between me ordering two minutes ahead vs me ordering at the drive thru speaker??
