If I could give it a 0, I would. My co-worker and I placed an order which I'm allergic to onions, so she specifically, as I sat beside her, placed my order on speaker phone. We drove 30 mins to receive our food and 30 mins back. When we got to work, my order was completely wrong with onions on it. When I called back, the young lady who took the order argued me down and said I said no lettuce. I told her no my order was the fieldhouse burger, no onions, no tomatoes, and no mayo. Now, why would I say onions if I'm allergic? Instead of admitting her mistake, she had an attitude. I told her that we were on our lunch break and there is no way I could come back and I could take a picture to send to her. Instead, she talked to a manager, and he or she replied that without the food being up there, they couldn't give a refund. Wow, this is unacceptable because I paid $18.50 for a meal I can't even eat. If I said I'm on lunch break and drove 30 mins, how could you think possible I could bring the food back. Besides that, the girl repeated my order back, correctly what I ordered. So you think if I'm allergic to onions, I wouldn't stop her if she repeated my order wrong. Come on now, just admit you made the mistake and hit a wrong key or something, but they will not be getting any more of my money or my time and gas...

The wait staff is the friendliest in town. The Windy City Burger on a Jalapeno bun is the best Burger in town. The carb friendly options are great as well. Crawfish are very good, but not my absolute favorite. Having a great selection of beer is just another plus. Keep up the great work, Joey!! Don't know how Joey does it. He was there at 8 watching over the packed house. Service was smooth and food great. Add cold beer and it was a nice evening.

Update. I don't know how they get food out so fast. We got food in less time than it takes to drive through McDonald's. And the price wasn't that different.

Update 2 they are nice enough to change the channel so we could watch tennis on 1 TV. The food was fast to get to the table and delicious. Always love this place.

Update 3. Got talked into trying Southwest burger. It's a good burger, but not nearly as good as Windy City Burger TO ME. Still got great service and food came out fast as normal as well. Well run place. Update 4. Service is always good. Wings are always behind burgers getting to table. Beer tower is a great deal. Stays cold very nicely. Keep it up, FieldHouse!!

I went by there myself haven't been that long .I really loved my burgers .The onion rings not so much because didn't taste like done .I tipped the waitress .I really hope owner knows he got good food .I know it's near college .It be nice all of us feel like we come and join in on great food have without feeling out of place .I mean I got stare at bar like it was just going be a problem. IM LIKE I STOOD IN CORNER UNTIL MY ORDER WAS READY .I'm not at all upset .I heard so many say food so good .I look all reviews. I gone to alot more friendly down earth places to eat with hassle free experience. I HOPE I WILL COME BACK.IT PLACE I FEEL AT HOME BUT SINCE NOT ORIGINALLY FROM CITY . I GET IT . ALOT THINGS DONT CHANGE .IT COOL . IM GLAD...
