This is Not Dunkin. It's a Disappointment. To call this establishment a functioning business would be a gross overstatement. The Monroe Dunkin' location on Main St is not merely "poor" or subpar it is a spectacular failure of service, organization, and basic quality control. It is, without a doubt, the single worst-run coffee franchise in the entire region. Walking through the front door is like stepping into a vortex like something out of Stranger Things. The in-store service area is routinely a shambolic mess, demonstrating a staggering lack of management oversight and respect for customers. But don't think the drive-through is any better. It merely trades internal chaos for external incompetence. On two separate occasions, the checkout system was completely non-functional, forcing needless delays and proving a technological inability to handle the one core task of a quick-service business: taking money in one instance they told me it would be free but then the manager held us captive for nearly ten minutes to check us out. The most insulting offense, however, lies in the product itself. To order a hot chocolates or anything, for that matter is to participate in a gamble on volume. It is now a predictable routine that more than twice, we have received hot chocolates that were shamefully half-filled. This isn't a mistake; it's a policy of deliberate skimping that feels less like an error and more like petty larceny. Paying full price for a half-cup is not just bad service it is an outright insult to the customer. . Avoid this particular Dunkin' at all costs unless you enjoy being overcharged for lukewarm air and frustrating technical failures. It is the absolute worst Dunkin' in the area.

I love this place for the milkshakes! They give you great Dunkin Donuts food and great Basking Robin's Ice cream. As for the owner and most of the employees they are really nice and friendly. I would have given them a 4 star review but they dont have Coffee Ice Cream. I mean come on... you would expect them to have that if anything else. It is a Baskin Robins/Dunkin Donuts?!? And I would have given them a 5 star review if when I went there one time and it was about 5 mins until they closed, (I dont know if the guy was mad about that or if he was just having a rough day) but I asked for a vanilla milkshake and he told me that they were out of vanilla, so I got a frozen cappuccino instead. It took him almost 25 mins to make it and when I got it, I started to drive home randomly taking sips as i drove along when i noticed that i had what felt like a peanut in my mouth. I figured it was from a candy bar i had eaten an hour or so before and shrugged it off. I was pulling into the driveway of my house when i took another sip and realized i had another bit of peanut in my mouth. I parked the car and turned on the interior light... then I saw what was in my cup. There were bits of peanuts (or nuts of some kind), a few full coffee beans, coffee grinds, and a few different colored pieces of what-not floating through my drink. I almost puked. I wanted to call them up so bad and tell off the guy and get another milkshake (which cost me almost $8) but my wife talked me out of it. It literally looked like the guy had cleaned off the counters and out from behind the machines and just dumped it in my cup. Now, I go there alot and I kinda stopped going after that, but I used to go at least twice a week (i am a big milkshake fan). But over all they are usually really great and if that one incident hadn't occurred I would still be dishing out $16 a week for those great big,...

It’s really disappointing because i come through here leaving work and the past two times my coffee experience hasn’t been great. The first time I was told to hold on, totally fine, when I have my order I ordered a small Carmel craze. They tried to give me a medium which I would have taken any other day, but I wasn’t feeling too much for that day. The second time I ordered a medium. The coffee wasn’t even stirred the milk sat at the bottom, no big deal I stirred it, but when I took a sip it was absolutely tasteless.

Needless to say I’m not coming here anymore. Sad because there was a gentleman who usually made it and it was always great, but new faces at drive thru an...
