I ordered 2 number 12s one with no tomatoes with extra sauce and one with extra avocado and neither of the sandwiches where correct the one with no Tomato came with tomato and the one with extra avocado had light avocado and then I called the store and told them the order was wrong and they gave me a 23$ credit my order was 29$ and I went up to go pick up my new order and essentially got called a liar I’ve worked in kitchens for ten years a company should be able to own up to their mistakes when they got the order wrong I never leave bad revenge even when I have a bad experience but being called a liar by a food establishment is just wrong when they should be able to own up to it, never coming back to this jimmy John’s ever again something as...

I just moved close to this location and have come several times. Worst customer service I have ever received. Everytime I get one young girl at the window she is extremely rude!!! FOR NO REASON . I have a very simple order no kind of special requests on it that could of possibly inconvenience this girl. This girl literally rolled her eyes at me when I said thank you when she handed me my change back. I dont know how this girl is still employed with her attitude. I am a manager and if one of my employees ever acted like this she would be collecting unemployment! When I got my bag of food the guy that handed it to me was very friendly though.
