Northwest Coffee Co — Restaurant in Monroe

I don't often review but I couldn't help but share the experience that me and the 2 ppl in my car had. We all ordered white coffee lattes 2 with whole milk and one with oatmilk. Usually, you would pull 3 different shots for 3 different drinks; however, there was one singular pull for all 3. The first drink made wasn't bad, as it was the most concentrated but the last 2 drinks were practically water as the barista just let the shot free pour. Not only were the drinks bad, but the service was not good as well. They weren't busy at all, I was the only car yet wasn't spoken to for about 7 min. I asked what sizes they had and was met with "we have all sizes" which confused me more than was "quirky." I hope that this was an anomaly, because $18 for 1 decent drink and 2 poorly made ones is simply...

I am a coffee lover through and through. I have been visiting the area and this little shop has become my go to.

Unfortunately, I have really high standards. And in just a few weeks, I’ve had my drink mis-created three times. I’ll ask to have it remade, or I’ll have to head on to my day with my not-so-perfect coffee.

I also drive away with them almost never reminding me to give my phone number for points. And the other day the young lady quoted me the wrong price for my coffee, all the while speaking with a boy on the other side.

This being a business, and a skill I have worked hard to perfect myself, I would love to see its professionalism develop.

I will keep coming here, and I am excited to see them (hopefully) step up the responsibility and...

Lovely service from the staff and the coffee was delicious. I was recommended a coffee spot that would be easier on my tummy and taste less bitter than regular and I loved it. I gave 5 stars for all of this.

My only problem is, and this is for pretty much ALL coffee places, to make a coffee iced you really don't have to fill the entire cup up with ice. I finished that delicious coffee far too quickly and when I was done the cup was still filled to the top with ice. But that's my fault. I forgot to ask for only an inch of ice. It's just an awful lot of money to spend on a drink that if it was hot it would have been filled...
