I’ve been and my parents have brought my kids to this location before but the service we received today was HORRIBLE. If there was an option for no star review I WOULD GIVE IT!! We asked politely for a kids icecream on a sugar cone and the person was going to give us a cake cone. I asked if he didn’t have sugar cones and RUDELY put back the icecream SLAMMED CLOSE the door slider and threw the cone on the counter. I felt DISRESPECTED by his actions not just because he did it to me but he did it IN FRONT OF MY KIDS AND OTHER CUSTOMERS! I’m not the type of person that would leave reviews on businesses even if we had a bad experience but this customer service...

Old fashioned ice cream shop! Service was ridiculously friendly! Paid $9 in change for a large milkshake but it's worth it. Freshly made not from mix. Not only that, when I asked if you could make a milkshake out of any ice cream flavor. He said anything is possible! Not only did he make a large milkshake he topped it with a full scoop of the ice cream, in my case strawberry cheesecake. I've never seen an ice cream place.
