AMAZING 100/10 EXPERIENCE:
i recently visited t-mobile to upgrade my phone, and let me tell you, it was nothing of the short of magical ! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted like royalty. The store itself felt like stepping into a high tech wonderland, but the real star of the show was valentina. valentina, with a smile that could light up the entire city, immediately came over to assist me. She wasn’t just knowledgeable but she was so funny i could not keep my composure. She knew every little detail about every iphone model, and when I told her I wanted the new iphone, her eyes lit up like she was about to change my life forever.She patiently walked me through all the features, as if revealing the secrets of the universe. Her passion for technology was infectious. I swear, when she handed me the iphone, it felt like she was gifting me the key to a whole new world. The phone practically glowed in my hands, and I’m convinced she added some sort of magic to it! To say the experience was amazing is an understatement. valentina didn’t just help me pick out a phone she made it a memory I’ll cherish forever. I’ve never had such a personal, above and beyond experience at any store. Read moreI had an awful experience with this store. The staff was nice but I felt like I was getting scammed. I went there to trade in 3 Phones and upgrade to newer models. They processed the order without telling me any of the costs. They couldn’t tell me how much I was going to get for the phones I was turning in, they never told me there would be additional costs, then when my bill shot up 100%, they would only say it was an “estimate”. I asked repeatedly for a breakdown and something in writing, but was told that wasn’t an option. “You’ll find out in a few weeks once it’s processed”. Who in their right mind would agree to this? I had a line for a watch that I was paying $10 a month for and asked if I still needed it and they said no. I never asked them to remove it and they did, without my permission. I went back the following day in hopes of getting some clarity, but was told the same thing. They couldn’t explain why my bill was going to increase so much. The employee was cutting me off before I could even ask any questions and he was clearly annoyed. He still wouldn’t put anything in writing and couldn’t give me a definite for any part of my order. The way the entire transaction was handled is unacceptable. This is not an actual T-Mobile store. They are a vendor that represents T-Mobile. I called customer support and had them cancel everything. Read moreThis Monroe, CT store on route 25, Main Street has been an absolute nightmare. First off, it’s important to note that this is an authorized dealer, not an actual T-Mobile store—big difference. I came in to upgrade phones for my family, and the employee who helped us clearly had no idea what she was doing. She completely messed up the process, and now because it’s not a real T-Mobile location, T-Mobile themselves can’t fix the issue.
I’m here for the sixth time just trying to return the phones because I’m done dealing with this place. There is never a manager available, and no one here seems to be trained or equipped to help. As I write this, the same employee, Valentina, who caused this mess is literally playing on her phone and twirling with her hair—completely clueless and disengaged.
Save yourself the stress and wasted time—do your upgrades and purchases directly online or at an actual T-Mobile store. You’ll thank yourself later.
